This place use to be good if you were looking for a cheap pizza in a quick pinch but not anymore. Me and my husband went to this location last night on January 8th at 10:19 pm. Let me make a note that this location doesn't close till 11:45pm, so us ordering at this time shouldn't have been issue and food should be up to par at least. Well, when we were ordering our food we decided to do a custome order. We asked for a custome stuffed crust pizza with pineapple as the topping instead of pepperoni and a custome italian cheese bread with jalapenos added. Overall with an additional charge for me using my card, the order came to $20.12. We had no problem waiting for the fresh food because again it was a custome order. When we placed this order over the intercom, the woman that night had an attitude when I placed it and was extremely annoyed that I had even come through the drive thru to place the order. There was a bad winter storm going on in the background but that shouldn't have mattered since the location was dead inside with no customers and there was no customers on the outside either. When we were finished placing the order which was involving a little confusion on my part with understanding what she was trying to say which ended with me apologizing for the miscommunication, we pull forward to the window to pay for our food. We see her and two other guys walking around with attitudes like as if we had interrupted them from doing something, which wasn't cooking due to the lack of food in the ovens and the place being empty and squeaky clean. It looked like they haven't done any orders all day. It takes about 3 to 4 minutes for the woman to come to the window to take our payment for the food after she was finished counting her drawer and checking out old hot ready pizzas to be throw away?? We are then told to wait at the window for our food by her and after 4 to 5 minutes later our order is ready. At no point could we say that this was made fresh. It takes about 15 to 20 minutes to make a fresh custome pizza if the pizza is done the right way. However, me and my husband didn't think of this at the time and assume the pizza and cheese bread was just made really fast, plus the order felt hot, so we drove off. When we get back to our place, we then could tell the order wasn't fresh but had been repurposed. The pizza tasted extremly old and was over cooked and basically looked liked someone found an old stuffed crust with pepperoni on it and just scrapped the toppings off and put pineapple on it with a little extra cheese to make it seem like it was fresh and made to order. The italian cheese bread was the same as the pizza and had been repurposed too. We ate it and we could tell that the food was definitely old, especially the pizza. I then call the establishment the next day, January 9th 2025, to tell them of our experience and asked to speak to a manager. The woman that answers the phone is Jamie and she claims to be the manager. When I tell her what had happened and the name of the associate who placed my order on the ticket, which it says on the pizza box clearly, she then says there is no employee by that name that works here. She clearly could care less about our experience and our food and was real short with me to point out the issue with our food. The associates name was Sarah K. and was clearly all over the tags as the associate who took the order and this woman (manager) says she's not in our system. If that's the case, then who took my order last night?? There was no apologie except she said she would talk to the girl last night that made our order and she put us down for a free pizza and asked if the cheese bread was ok as well. Based on the way she responded to my concerns, my husband instructed me to not even bother with it. I DO NOT reccomened going to this Little Caesers location. Please go to the other ones before they're closed since they close earlier than this location. If not, then pay the extra money and order pizza else where. At least you know the pizza is fresh and...
Read moreSince my review was taken out of context, I would like to post a better review. Food as expected, concept of ready with no wait is an awesome concept. I do wish thin crust was available for both lunch as well as dinner without a wait, although the staff will make, you just have to wait. Staff is awesome as it should be. My biggest and only real complaint is the drive through. Nothing to do with the company / Staff etc. why I posted a negative review prior was the drive through. Although a natural occurrence, it should be maintained. I shop at Charleston, Beckley and Princeton to feed my Staff. Charleston seems to be awesome and on point. Beckley is good and attentive but I hate going there because of the drive through. While a natural occurrence, parking at the drive through window has resulted in a sink in the ground. Using their facilities results in coming out of a sink hole at the window. Princeton seems to be on a hill and undesirable trying to get back to the road. Yes, this is petty. while not a reflection of the business, I love the concept for all my Staff on long nights we have 2 days a week. As a human condition , I’d rather shop at a different location rather then deal with an uneven...
Read moreUse to be a good place to get a pizza quickly. More often than not these days they are not hot and ready between 4 and 8 and you have to pull over and park and wait.
The wait isn't normally more than 5, 10 minutes tops, but my experience last nite was horrible. Ordered 2 pretzel crust pizzas and the drive thru person told me to park and it would be brought out shortly. The time on my receipt was 7 pm. At 7:30 after the car behind got their order before me I walked inside to inquire about my order. They FREAKING FORGOT TO BRING IT TO ME! Was sitting in the warmer for God knows how long. And the two other customers in the building at the time also had errors with...
