I ordered on the app and also Tracked my order. It only took about 10 minutes to show my order was completed and that I could come in and By-Pass the line and pick up my order. The girl at the register couldn’t find my order by looking for my name so I had to show her the order number I had received on my app. She then went to the back and came back and when I showed her that the app said it was ready, she told me that it shows Complete only when it’s going in the oven. (Lie 1) I let that go, said ok and sat down to wait. After watching many people come and go with their orders, I was still wondering where mine was so I stood up and same girl walked to the back again. It was about 45 minutes from the time I placed my order until the time she came back with my pizza. No apologies or explanation…. I was on the phone with my daughter explaining that I hadn’t been served yet when my daughter walked into the store and asked for corporates number. At this time, another male employee went to get the manager who promptly came up and gave us the number and the store number then told the girl to give us a refund. He did apologize. We weren’t trying to get free food but if she would’ve explained to begin with that she had accidentally cleared my order and had to remake pizza then apparently my pizza got ‘lost in the oven’ according to her…. And not straight up Lied about it, I understand mistakes happen and sometimes we’re just busy and mess up…. But don’t Lie to me and not even offer an explanation, then wait until the manager cashes us out a refund. The girl just straight up messed up and didn’t even say sorry , my bad…. Nothing, then tried explaining only after the manager came up front. Manager was very nice, however, but this girl needs some training on respect or how to treat the customer. Other employees seemed nice and helpful and the pizza was actually very good! Kinda felt bad for the manager and also for taking the refund and the pizza but that girl! Totally disrespectful …. Just own your mistake and make it right…. Shoot…. Could’ve explained and offered me a free drink while I wait or something but don’t Lie and tell me I don’t know how to use an app…. Or the app says it’s complete only means it’s going in...
Read moreIm very pleased with the customer service here. My fiance and I order frequently online and anchovies were an option. So i ordered anchovies about a month ago. They weren't there. "Ok, no biggie. Its late, honest mistake." So i didn't call to say anything. We order a week later, no anchovies again. So i was charged for 4 extra toppings within the past week, I thought that was unfair so I called. The manager was very nice and professional. She apologized and told me that dominos no longer had anchovies and that the online menu needed to be revised and she would make a note of it. I just wanted to reimbursed for what I did not recieve. She went above and beyond. So far as to credit us with a pizza at no charge the next time we called. Upon ordering, I asked how much delivery would be so i could have that and a tip ready for the driver. No delivery fee either. They definately go above and beyond to keep their customers happy. I'm so impressed. They will not lose our business. I wish I knew the manager's name. She is awesome. Thank you. (Have to add this in) When I called, the to go specialist was very patient in looking up my number for my credited pizza and very sweet, and our delivery girl was so nice. All around I think you have an amazing staff....
Read moreOrdered from here last night and didn't recieve what I paid for 😕. If I have to go behind them and make sure they did what they were supposed to I might as well cook dinner myself. We had cinnamon twists with no icing, none of the marinara sauce I paid extra for, the garlic sauce I paid extra for, or the 2 liter I paid for. The pizza was okay but no better than a store bought pizza I could pop in the oven. We ended up with cinnamon twists we couldn't dip in icing, plain garlic knits because we had no dipping sauce and I had to make an extra trip out to the store because they forgot the drink. I ordered because I thought it would be quick and easy and we had a lot of Apts but it ended up being more aggrevation than if I had just stopped at the store and grabbed something myself. Worst part is the lady double checked the receipt and still didn't catch it. My husband didn't know what all was with the order when he picked it up just that it was in my name. If you can't read directions and charge people for things they don't get you don't need to be there. Complete waste of...
