McDonald's — Restaurant in Beckley

It's a McDonald's. Average. Food. Tea was made well Here's an update because I'm sick of this. It would seem that 16 cold McNuggets now constitutes a fresh 20 piece. It goes along very well with the slightly warm melted milkshake.

I'll explain the circumstances.

The drive-thru line today was wrapped around so that you couldn't get into the parking lot correctly. So and okay I'll play some mobile order, drive around the side, sit and wait. 22 minutes later I had to limp inside (injury) and see where my food was. A larger slightly unkept manager looked over at me at the counter. Slightly confused and then turned it immediately. Left. A few moments later. She looked over at the counter and looked at me. Slightly confused and then immediately laughed a few moments. After that she comes out to the counter carrying my order where she looks at me. Slightly confused and goes. Did you have a mobile order? Yes, which I've been waiting over 20 minutes for she said o my and disappeared. The service today, like most days, was incredibly slow. Today there were so many employees in the kitchen that they didn't have room for the carts of condiments and things like that. Those were pushed out into the area of the front counter. And they had two employees out in the lobby with parts full of Happy meal boxes. Making happy meal stuff. They have so many employees that they can't fit them all in the kitchen and yet drive-thru is on at least a 10 minute wait and mobile orders are going to apparently got 20...

I rarely write reviews, but my recent visit to this McDonald's was so disheartening that I feel compelled to share my experience.

From the moment I entered the restaurant, it was clear that something was seriously wrong. The floor was absolutely filthy, with visible stains and a pervasive, unpleasant odor. It was clear that the staff had neglected basic cleanliness; there were even areas with what looked like urine and feces. It was disgusting and made me question how seriously they take hygiene.

The employees were no better. Instead of offering any semblance of good customer service, they were incredibly rude and dismissive. I felt like I was bothering them with my presence. Their attitude was unprofessional, and they seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than attending to customers.

When I finally received my order, it was far from satisfactory. The food was cold, and the fries were soggy, as if they had been sitting out for too long. The burger was a mess—overcooked, dry, and poorly assembled. To make matters worse, I discovered that several items were missing from my order.

Attempts to contact the restaurant to resolve the issue were met with silence. It’s clear that management needs to address these serious problems, from cleanliness to customer service.

I had a better review on here before but now I'm lowering it. I came here at roughly 8:00P.M. on 02-24-25 and it wasn't that busy but it took forever to get someone at the drive thru speaker to speak. I will say the person who took my order was nice but as I pulled up to the window to actually get my food, the person giving me the food at the second window didn't say hi or greet us in any kind of way and they didn't even ask what I had and just handed me a bag. I ordered 3 mcchickens, a mcdouble, and two large fries. I looked in my bag, and it was dark, and I saw two fries and 4 wrapped sandwiches so I thought it was correct. Got home and saw that I had one large fry and one small fry and 4 double cheeseburgers so not only did they mess up my order but someone's else cause my food had to go to someone. This location is just a joke anymore and everyone who works here after lunch hours are incompetent and don't care about a damn thing. You can tell they just want a paycheck and don't get me wrong, I understand bad days and not liking a job but I never took it out on a customer when it...
