Wendy's — Restaurant in Bedford Township

Updated on 08/29/2022 Employee very rude in window. Handed me my cc back and as I bent down to put it in my purse she goes "HERE!" Real rude to me to grab my food bag like she couldn6t hang on 2 seconds for me to sit back up to grab the back. Then she hands me 2 drinks without asking if I needed a carrier and says there you go... I turn and look at my husband like wth is going on... I'm like umm. I still have a $3.69 strawberry lemonade that I'm waiting on. She goes oh and starts giggling like its funny... very rude!!! It's not the 1st time there have been issues at this location. In the past it's been with them messing up our orders or closing alot earlier than posted. I've spoken mgrs before and normally very understanding of staffing issues etc but when you have just blatant rude people, they dont need to be there at all!!! I'm tired of it!

Wendy's is always a good place to grab a quick bite. Although it seems like their prices are getting a little out of control. By the time I order for myself, (which I really dont each much) my husband & son it always close to $30.00 & we look at each other like gosh for a few more buck we could've had a steak dinner..lol.. but it is nice to have a great bacon burger & fries or chicken nuggets & fries w/a chili! Their strawberry lemonade is addictive. I do wish they would listen when you order & not rush to get your order out. There are a lot of times they do mess up our order especially my jr bacon when I say no cheese & they continually put cheese on it. Or I'll ask for chili w/more juice instead of all the chili & they dont listen at all. All in all Wendy's will always be a staple food place...

Over the last 18 months I have had many issues with this one location. 3 times in 2019 they did not put the bacon on the 5 for 5 meal that I ordered in drive thru. I don't eat on the run so don't find this out until I get home some 6 miles away. I can't remember how many times I have tried to use a gift card that I buy from Kroger and they say that they can't scan it. THIS ONE LOCATION IS THE ONLY LOCATION THAT DOES NOT GIVE YOU A BALLANCE ON THE RECEIPT if they are able to scan the card. There was a time they couldn't scan any cards in the drive thru. Now today I get a young lady who talked so fast I can't understand her expect for "My Bad" in the drive thru and I leave without my order. I go to Dundee location and have NO TROUBLE using my gift card, AND I HAVE THE BALLANCE ON THE RECEIPT. AND GUESS WHAT. I WAS CHARGED IN LAMBERTVILLE. Food was good! Was a bit disappointed in what I saw happening with the young customers in front of us. There were 6 youngsters about 16 years old and they all ordered meals with large fries and large drinks they were very polite and courteous. The worker that put them all on the trays overloaded them and when the kids went to take the trays the fries went all over the floor due to being overloaded on the trays. The kids stood there for a couple of minutes stunned and no body came to help them, offer new fries, at bare minimum say I'm sorry. Then the kids started cleaning the mess up by themselves with napkins. Then they came back up and reordered the large fries that fell and were charged full price! I couldnt believe this no customer service at all! Do you feel with all the competition in lambertville you should treat 6 customers this...
