So much potential, but they ruin it every time. I won't even order from here anymore. The food has actually always been hot and fresh, but that does not compensate for all the other issues. When the food is delivered it is ALWAYS (I don't mean most of the time, I really mean ALWAYS) missing the sauces. The free ones and the paid ones. I don't care how hot and fresh cinnamon twists are, they are worth nothing without the frosting. That would be like eating mac and cheese without the cheese. The same thing with the cheesy bread without the marinara. The pizza missing sauce for the crust is definitely not the end of the world, but the pizzas we've gotten have had the cheese and toppings fall very short of the edge of the pizza, leaving a 3-in crust. I know plenty of people might like that, but when you were paying for those toppings and there's only a glop of them in the center of the pizza, it's very disappointing. So ultimately, I could not order at Domino’s Pizza last night, there was nothing wrong with my credit card, but for some reason, the order was not processed at their end in Bedford.
Two hours later I found two charges on my credit card for two orders that I never even received.
I called the store and was told that the manager wasn’t in. I’d have to wait till tomorrow. Today I took a ride over there and the manager said there was nothing he could do about it. I’d have to get in touch with my credit card.
