First XI Coffee — Restaurant in Bedford

I wish I could give more than 5 stars for the service. It seemed like the girl who took our order was reading our minds and answering our questions before we could ask them. I had the raspberry -lemon scone and it melted in my mouth with so much flavor! My friend had the breakfast sandwich and loved it too. No crumbs were left haha! We both had espresso drinks which were perfectly made. Loved the comfortable homey atmosphere too. We sat outside in the alley where they had a beautiful table set up in the shade. So refreshingly cozy! Also love the way they painted the outside of the building too. First X1 is now my favorite coffee spot in the area!! Not just Bedford. I will most definitely return and recommend it...

A small coffee shop with big flavor. I stopped in for the first time while running errands around town. There were just two other patrons inside at 9 am. Sitting area is small and cozy. I ordered a sweetheart strawberry latte (from their valentines menu) and a ham, cheese, tomato and mayo everything bagel. The girl at the counter was very nice and helped me with their options. We really appreciated the service and the atmosphere and were ready to do 5 stars all around, but the food was not excellent and a bit of let down. The coffee was overall good with a nice variety of options — all available hot or iced, which was very nice! The theme of soccer was a great touch! It was also nice to have an established and posted mission, vision and values statement! Overall very nice little coffee shop — if improve on the good, it would be 5 stars...
