The OS on my laptop became corrupt. I wasn't sure if there was a hardware issue that caused this so I took it to PhoneAxiom in Bedford, VA. Nathan, the tech that helped me, made sure that he understood the problem I was having before taking my system to troubleshoot it. Within a short time he determined that there was no hardware issue but my system needed a reinstall of the OS. Within a day he completed the reinstall (Windows 10) and I was able to pick up my system and start working again. Very professional and prompt service. My system has been running like a top since showing the quality of the work. The price was very reasonable too. PhoneAxiom in Bedford has been my go-to place to bring cell phone and computer problems and I am quite happy to continue doing business with them...

I didn’t make an appointment. I just walked in and was helped right away by a very friendly and knowledgeable employee. He talked me through what he thought could be the problem with my iPhone and what he was going to try to do to fix it. I was given an exact price and told that if that didn’t fix it to bring it back in and the amount I was paying would go towards a future fix. I left my phone there and picked it back up shortly. He explained everything he did, I paid and was out of there quickly. Unfortunately I think I do need to take my phone back because I’m still having the same problem.
