I guess that after coming to Envi for over a year, it's high time I leave a review. I love all the ladies here. Everyone makes me feel very welcomed as well as my daughter. Christy is always my stylist, and she always goes above and beyond to exceed my expectations. Christy took her time and worked out of "box" on my daughters hair. I will say Khloe was paying attention, and she is doing her own hair. Natural curl finger twists every evening. Recently, she did something for me that I didn't expect when I messed up on scheduling. No one else in the industry has ever done that for me. When I saw that the hair care line that is used in the salon was coming out with a new item, I asked about it, and when it was in stock, I got a call. BLESS Claire and all that she did for me today. I am not the easiest client when it comes to hair because I wait entirely too long in between cuts. I’m always afraid of taking off too much length. Claire was so patient in listening to exactly what I wanted done, was informative without pressuring, and extremely knowledgeable about how to make my hair dreams come true. She suggested some treatments that made a huge difference in my hair and scalp health, and I’m so thankful for her guidance. I even got to leave with a few samples to test out at home. Beautiful & clean facility with professional staff! Every time I go here, it feels like I’m treating myself to a spa treatment ✨I go in just expecting a trim, but they go above and beyond with offering eye masks & head/neck massage as well! My first visit, I was even offered a free paraffin wax hand treatment because they were running a little behind on him— definitely going above and beyond for customer service!
