Service is top notch. These guys care about reputation and they will go above and beyond to protect it. Ordered a well done pepperoni, got to the car, opened to see a nice looking pizza but not what i consider well done( floppy, no crisp edges, no blister on cheese) Took it back inside and they without a fuss told me, five mintues. Six minutes later, the nice young lady from the counter shows up to my car with a well done and delicious pizza with a full refund. It about broke my heart. I've tried to like this place multiple times and it's just not worth it. The "wood fired" oven is actually gas, not really a big deal to me, but slightly misleading. The pizza, traditional sauce & others are incredibly bland. Bland cheese mixture, bland chicken etc.. no matter the type, I've found them flavorless and mediocre.The wedgies, and subs are huge but soaked with so much dressing they're soggy.
