Long John Silver's — Restaurant in Bedford

I ordered almost $40 worth of food. I checked everything before I left and it seemed all there, but I didn’t take out the cheesecakes from the brown paper bag because I didn’t want them to start melting- I saw the one on top and figured they were both in there. Drove 20 minutes home, took out the cheesecake and there was only one! I checked the receipt- I was charged for 2. I called right away and explained the situation, and the lady told me in an annoyed tone “okay come back with your receipt and we’ll give you the other cheesecake.” So I ask - okay, who is going to pay for my gas to get 20 minutes there and 20 minutes back? She got snappy with me and said “we’ll that’s all we can do ma’am.” At the very least she could have apologized and/or offered a refund- I would have been better with that answer than her rude tone. I never leave bad reviews but I’ve given this place chance after chance hoping something would change and every visit they miss something in my order- I’ve had probably over $30 worth of food not given to me over the last 5 visits. And when I would go in before driving away, they were always rude and treated me like I owe them something. One time the manager argued with me when I told them they didn’t give me the coleslaw I ordered and paid for- she insisted I didn’t get coleslaw even when the employee had already looked at my receipt and was telling her that I did in fact order and pay for it. She had the nastiest grimace on her face as if I pissed in her soup and grabbed the receipt from the young girl and then was like “well I didn’t see it”. HIGHLY disappointed and will not be returning. Thank you for the WORST service I have...

Normally a great place to eat but tonight I cant say the same. Arrived and we (a party of 5) were the only people in the restaurant. We ordered and sat down to wait for our food. Shortly after another family of 3 came in ordered, sat down and 5 minutes didnt even pass and they already had their food, which actually was ours. About 20 minutes later they bring us our food all wrong, wasnt even close to what we ordered and she took it back. Probably 10 to 15 minutes later they brought out half our order we waited probably another 10 minutes for the other half....which was wrong so back it went and about 5 minutes passed and we finally got the rest of our food. An apology happened a couple times but after the 4th time bringing us food she was quiet. They also messed up the people after us and a person in drive thru. Shortly before we left a couple came in and they managed to get their drinks wrong but the food right. I understand mistakes happen and I might have been a little more upstanding if they place would have been super busy but it wasnt even close. The people the came in after us ended up with our food and they tried to give us their food, we of course spoke up the other...

So get this. I get off work and stop to get a bite to eat. The guy in drive thru taking my order was talking too fast and kept talking to his coworkers, not to mention they didnt even give us our drinks the first go around. Paid 25 dollars for a super sampler and a clam combo with a side of clams. We got two medium drinks when we asked for large. The super samplers fish was hard as a rock. The side of green beans came in the smallest container humanely possible. There was maybe a child size hand full of clams and I never got the side order. Paid for the dang thing tho. The food was either super undercooked or super burnt. After going back and asking if we could work things out the worker in drive thru was very rude and disrespectful with us and slammed the drive thru window after telling us the receipt was wrong even tho it clearly shows I paid 25 dollars for the same amount of food that comes in a happy meal. DONT GO HERE OR TACO BELL. They will mess up your order and not accept responsibility. And in case that worker gets a chance to see this, I hope you find something to...
