McDonald's — Restaurant in Bedford

Always ask for my cookies to be hot and fresh when I get to the intercom to order just as I did on this particular day. When I got to the window they asked me to pull to the 3rd window to wait for my cookies to be made fresh. Usually I say no but this day I agreed with no problem. Before I pulled forward I asked the girl working the window to make sure she sends ketchup with my cookies and my drink and she made this kinda laughing gesture as I pulled away so I knew I wasn't going to get my ketchup or my drink for that matter. Sure enough some kid came to the window with my cookies and no ketchup and no drink. I didn't even get napkins... so it made me mad because of the time it was taking me and because of how she deliberately didn't give me my stuff. So the young boy who had just started working there said he was sorry about her and would go get me the rest of my order and I told him I was sorry because it wasn't his fault. As I sat there thinking about it I got upset so I decided to go inside and confront the girl at the window about her intentions with the rest of my order and when I did the girl punched me in my face then threw her headset at me and then punched me again. I never once hit her though I wanted to. Then I called the cops and they send me a ticket in the mail for fighting in public. What the hell is wrong with this picture. Now I think I'm going to sue McDonald's for this wrongful act by an employee. How unprofessional can you be and how hard was it to just send my drink and ketchup to the window with my cookies?? I do not recommend this McDonald's. They are ghetto and never get your order right. Hopefully they will have to pay the price for what they have caused me me physically,emotionally and financially. The absolute worst location. I was very hesitant on getting putting a review on this location but on multiple occasions they have been very rude and messed up multiple orders. 1st incident was when myself and other have placed 2 online pick up orders, which btw we’ve done multiple times at this location and never was an issue, but on this day when I pulled through drive thru I told the person on the speaker I was there to pick up 2 orders, he didn’t ask for the codes just said pull up to the 2nd window. When I did they told I didn’t have the order placed the couldn’t find it, I showed them the phones with the orders number and said I had to come inside and place it. I then had to lie to them and show them a screenshot from an order a week prior and then stated they found it. Then said they can’t give me the orders because one phone wasn’t with me. They then had me pull up to make the order. The manager with the gold tooth came out with my order and stated I can’t do that anymore and I would have to go inside. I told her I don’t like going inside because every employee including her at this location is rude, they don’t greet you and just let you stand there. Manager then proceeded to argue with me, I asked for her because she didn’t have a badge on, she tells me she’s not giving me her name. Can not wait for the McDonald’s on central to open. 2nd incident happen today. A big order was placed and we ended up missing fries, butgers and no sauce for any of our orders and drinks not filled all the way and nuggets taste as if they were not all the way cooked. I had been a regular or fairly frequent patron at this location since 1991. 4 years ago, I was treated very badly by a couple of extremely rude evening managers, and the franchise owner at the time partially sided with them (though I did get my refund for food never received). But, enough about that. I tried this location again Dec 1st for the first time in 4 years. The current staff at breakfast and lunch are very friendly and actually smile at customers, and the food is fresh and hot. Get the sausage, egg, and cheese McGriddles. They're excellent, and the sweet and savory work very well together with these. I also had lunch here a little bit later. The burger and fries were hot. Fries were good, unfortunately, the Double Quarter Pounder, while hot, was a disappointment. Not bad, but it was a bit tough and not a lot of flavor. But, this seems to be an issue at every franchise, and the corporate-prescribed procedure for cooking the patties may need to be tuned and tweaked. Perhaps another beef supplier might help also. I didn't request a shake, so I don't know the state or reliability of their soft serve mixer. But their chocolate chip cookies for dessert are quite good, and their coffee is excellent! In fact, I find it far superior to Starbucks. I kid you not. I don't think McDonald's has their McCafe pastries anymore, unfortunately. I'm going to miss their apple fritters.
