I went to this store to pick up a order! I waited about 5 mins cause the door was locked, A man pulls up and tells me that the lobby is closed because they had a couple of workers do not show up. When I got back in my car to let DoorDash know what was going on. I watched three other people trying to get in, and even walking around to the other door. I understand issues, but at least they could put a note on the door so people would stop trying to get in, walking around, pulling on doors and looking stupid. So as I was getting the order from the drive-through, I told the attendant they should put a sign on the door, letting people know the lobby was closed, and his attitude. was very bad and he really did not even give me a response back. I just didn’t think it was cool to let people get out of their car walking all over trying to get inside the restaurant when all the manager would have to do is simply put a note on the door with a little scotch tape, it’s not that hard.
OK today I had to pick up another order at the same Wendy’s restaurant, again, the doors locked. There’s no note on the door and I didn’t see any employees inside. I even knocked on the door, I contacted DoorDash and they informed me they called and I was supposed to go to the drive-through, there I seen three employees… The guy who handed me the order did not say one word to me. He literally opened the window, handed me the sack and then shut the window. Read moreI placed a mobile order because their closing time was 1AM on the official Wendy's app & Google. When I gave my name at the intercom, I was told to pull forward. At the second window, I immediately pointed out they were trying to give me the wrong drinks.
Turns out the guy heard the entirely wrong name at the speaker. Ok, fine, whatever. I clarify my name, and we move on. Then he tells me they can't give me the large frosty I ordered because they had already shut down the machine.
It's weird that it was an hour early, I thought, but hey, whatever. I asked if he could give me a large drink instead, and he said, "No, the size equivalent is a small drink." I told him price wise, a large drink is closer. He then upped the ante to 2 small drinks. After that, I guess he got permission to just give me a large drink.
Then he asked if I was picking up two mobile orders, to which I said no, and he asked if I was sure, and I told him I was.
Shortly there after, I was given two bags of food and left because I wanted to get home.
I got home, and absolutely everything in the bag was wrong except 1 (of 2) orders of large fries. I ordered 8 items, and only 2 were right, a large order of fries and a drink.
So I called the location thinking I had 30 minutes or so to get my food fixed. I'm greeted by a 'hello?' Not a 'You have reached Wendy's in Bedford. How can I help you?' And then I find out they closed at midnight and it can't be fixed until 4 pm the next day where I have to go back to the store and talk to the manager.
This place is beyond pathetic. Kick rocks before you even think of pulling up to this place. Wendy's had every opportunity to fix this before I left, and they...
