Wendy's — Restaurant in Bedford

Where should I start? I won't go back that's for sure! As I'm waiting at the drive-thru window, I can hear the two guys talking that we're standing there. As one handed a bag to the other guy standing at the window. The guy at the window said to the other guy " We can't do that." The other one said " I don't care do it!" So the guy at the window opens it all the way and goes to hand me my drink, then a bag and says " can you please pull up were waiting on your nuggets?" Now in this bag is the fries and sandwich. I asked "why give me part of my order to get cold while waiting on the rest?" I was informed very rudely it would only be 2 minutes. So instead of arguing I pulled forward. 5 mins later a guy comes out with my nuggets and told me to have a good night. I informed him that the bacon was missing on my sandwich and tried to show him the recite. But all he wanted to do was argue with me. I didn't dare mention my fries were cold also. He rudely took the sack out of my hands went back inside. I heard the door slam as he went in. He came back out a few mins later with the bag and said have a good night in a rude voice. To be honest, I didn't eat the food. Fries were ice cold and for some unknown reason ( I really don't want to know) a quarter of the sandwich was soggy ( from who knows what) and cold. I will...

Just went through the drive thru, one car in front of us and were completely ignored for about 5 minutes, then were told to wait. After making our order, which was a little larger of an order, about $26. Didn't give us a price, didn't read it back, just told us to pull around. I asked if she could read it back to make sure I didn't forget anything, she read it back so quickly and crappy like she couldn't believe I would ask to make sure we got everything we needed. we had to sign because the order was over $25, no big deal. But she didn't give me a pen and seemed mad when I asked for one. After we got our food I started to look through the bags to make sure everything was there and she literally leaned her elbows against the window with her hands folded under her chin and stared at us the ENTIRE TIME. One sandwich was missing so I went in with all of our food and the receipt and when she heard something was missing she looked at me like I was lying. This has always been a horrible Wendy's but it still baffles me everytime I come. My receipt says my cashier was Savannah. This is why I almost never go to...

The apple pecan salad was very good. I only gave it 4 stars because when I received it there were no cranberries on it and no package of them either. I asked for them and the girl preparing my order tray (not the same one that made the salad) said "We don't have cranberries here, there's no reason for them" I told her the salad was supposed to have them and again she said they don't have them. I then asked the one who made the salad and he said he'd look in the back for some. He brought up a side bowl of them and put some on my salad.
