UPDATE: Two days later, I'm STILL having horrible stomach problems. Every single person in this store needs to be fired. I would LOVE to talk to someone from corporate if it were an option.
NEVER AGAIN!!! We ordered Domino's last night, very excited to have pizza for dinner, it was supposed to be a special treat. I get the pizzas home, and they look horrible. The dough is over-docked, so it's as flat as cardboard, there is no garlic seasoning on the crust, and there was hardly any bacon on the one pizza. It didn't taste good at all, on top of everything else. I figured, they were on sale, so we'll just eat it and not complain.
Wrong decision.
We've both been sick and spending half our day in the bathroom ever since eating this pizza. Something obviously wasn't right. I'm guessing the cheese was likely left out at room temperature, and started growing bacteria.
We called and explained the situation, and said we would be bringing them back later, and they said they'd refund us, but they, "normally don't do that". So they offer carry-out insurance if you trip on your own feet and drop your pizza, but the employees give us food poisoning, and we don't get our money back??? That's just insane.
We get to the store, and everyone has something negative to say about the situation. No one wants to give us our money back, and they obviously don't believe that they made us sick. The woman even claims she called the other orders that were placed at the same time, and no other customers had gotten sick. So...they literally called their customers and asked, "Hey, did our pizza make you sick yesterday???" And then acted like we made up this story just to get our money back.
Even if we were cheap, ungrateful people who wanted to run some kind of pizza scam, you NEVER accuse the customer of lying. That's some of the worst possible customer service ever. It's not bad enough that they made us sick (I personally got so nauseous I don't want pizza again for a long, long time), but then they decided to belittle and ridicule us for their own mistake. And it seems like there is no corporate number to report this to (apparently corporate just forwards the complaint right back to the store, the source of the problem). Yes, it was actually the store managers we spoke to, and this was how they decided to handle it.
I will NEVER in my life again order from this store. We just moved in down the street, and had started to order from this Domino's fairly frequently. Had they JUST given us food poisoning, I MIGHT have come back later on, assuming it was just a simple mistake. But after the way the people running the store decided to handle things, NOPE. No more.
Beware of this store at all costs. I honestly don't know if I'll visit another Domino's in the area, in case they're run by the same people and...
Read moreI've been meaning to write this review. This Domino's was really good for the first year and a half I lived in the area. However, I've had 3 bad experiences in the last few months alone, so I will not be ordering from this location again.
First bad experience (April 23rd), the driver forgot the salad in my order, and I didn't realize until he was gone. It was my first bad experience so I never called. I really didn't want the salad anyways, just the two for 5.99 deal and not a second bread item. My next order wasn't until July, and that was fine.
A few months later (September 5th), my second bad experience was a different driver getting lost trying to find my apartment, which has never happened in the time I've lived here. It's no biggie, and I'm really not one to complain or be nasty when people are nice. The driver apologized so it was fine, but a trend is starting to emerge.
Third and last straw was October 2nd. I was able to redeem a "free" pizza. Ordered at about 7:30, tracker said pizza was done around 8pm. The driver didn't deliver until 9pm. No apology from the driver - he seemed like he really didn't care at all. He honestly probably thought he wasn't getting a tip because of the "free" pizza, though I take into account discounts while tipping and had ordered extra toppings and a side as well. The pizza was cold and a second box had obviously been sitting on top long enough for the cardboard to sag into the pizza, since there was sauce on the top of the inside of the box.
Never, ever ordering from this...
Read moreI ordered pizza for my son’s birthday which was dry no sauce totally unacceptable! We had kids over I apologized to my 7 year old son and called to complain they agreed to replace my pizza the following day. Today I call to get my replacement a worker named Jordan answered he said protocol wasn’t followed so he can’t do anything he asked if I got names from yesterday I said no because they were nice I didn’t think I had to get names when I had just left from the store so I asked to speak to the manager and asked what the managers name was the worker Jordan told me the his name was Dillan.
