Currently writing this review while I eat the food for accuracy and because I needed something to do while I eat. I ordered sweet and sour chicken with fried rice and a Cali roll.

Starting with the chicken, its amazing. Some of the best S&S Chicken I've had. The outside is perfectly crispy and the inside is tender and delicious. Unlike a lot of places, the sauce doesn't have to carry it, though it is amazing sweet and sour sauce. The chicken is flavorful and delicious on its own. Another little detail, if you're one of those people that keeps high quality to go containers, this is the place for that. Probably good for multiple more uses, if you're into that.

Now onto the side of rice I got. For a little bit extra you can get it as fried rice instead of white rice, which is what I do. As an ex employee, I can tell you for absolute certain that it is worth what you're paying. Watching them pack these containers... it's insane. Your great grandchildren will be eating out of this rice. They pack it so well I'm all but certain they bend the fabric of space and time to do it. I ate less that a quarter inch off the top of this and am still full. This will be dinner for the next week.

On to the sushi. Never learned the sushi guy's name, but he is damn good at his job. Even if the whole place was backed up, his sushi was out quick. And it's good sushi too. Some of the fancier rolls are a bit pricey, but I can tell you from long personal experience having to smell it while working, it is really, really good.

Now for some pro tips from a former employee!!

Dinner time is pretty busy during the weekend shifts. Expect some delays for to-go orders. The little kitchen that could can only work so fast. Holidays like Christmas are completely insane as the whole rest of Bel Air is shut down. Please be patient and expect long delays.

A little note, if it helps. I didn't exactly feel the best about the circumstances of my termination, and yet I can still say that this is my favorite Chinese joint in Bel Air and I go get food here for the first big snow of the...

Ordered takeout tonight and we don’t live super close to their establishment. My husband got all the way home only to find out that they had given us ALL the wrong food. He called to let them know that and initially they had said that they had our food there and he could come back and pick it up. My Husband told them he didn’t want to pick up cold food. He wanted them to make it fresh and he would drive back up there. He drove back up and all they did was hand in the bag when he arrived and turn to walk away. He tried to explain to explain to them what an inconvenience. This was, and how disappointed he was that they didn’t really have anything else to say or offer. He tried to explain the cost of gas and how far we live from the location and they really didn’t care. They said well we can give you an order of free eggrolls, and that’s all we can do. Wow! We were trying to give them a chance with them being under new management but when you mess up that Bad and inconvenience the customer like that and then don’t even have an apology to offer. That’s just ridiculous! If you’re trying to run a business and you know you messed up why do you not even take personal accountability?! What is this...

This place was great! We had a free hour on Christmas Day and decided to stop in for a quick sushi roll and appetizer! Quick is an understatement, they are so fast. We ordered 2 Sushi Rolls, Crab Ragoon and Pan Seared Pork Dumplings

They use Shredded Crab for their Cali rolls which I prefer, they were also very big and the rice texture was great (sticky rice)

The dumplings were very good, the sauce was great

The Crab Ragoon did not come with a sauce but if asked I'm sure it wouldn't of been an issue. For us they were good without any sauce.

The service was 5 star easy. As mentioned they were fast but also attentive. They bring crunchies and sweet sauce to the table when seated along with glasses of water. After about 2 sips of water, it was already refilled. As soon as we finished the dumplings the Ragoon was served, quickly followed with our sushi. At the end they wrap it up for you. We may have spent 35 minutes there tops, but did not feel rushed or anything. Everything was great and it was clean and nice inside! Based on the smells of other guest meals and our great experience, we will definitely be back for...

Went for dinner with my kids because they had both sushi and chinese as some of them aren't sushi fans. The chinese was mediocre at best. We ordered 7 sushi rolls and were very disappointed. The quality was very poor and all of it tasted a little off. The absolute worst was the Volcano Roll. It smelled and looked like they pulled leftover sushi out of the trash a week later and threw it in the toaster oven. I literally gagged when I put it in my mouth. It went straight in the trash and out to the dumpster where it belonged. I will not be going back there again. If you're looking for sushi, head to Fuji Sushi in Festival!

If you want to step back into the 80s/90s, you should go! The really clean and cool, and the food is great! The hot tea blend is just what everyone will remember about Chinese restaurants from their childhood. We had eggrolls (they each had a full size hidden shrimp inside!), crab rangoons with duck sauce (or sweet plum sauce?), homemade spicy mustard, special lo mein with shrimp, beef, and chicken, and sweet and sour chicken. The wait staff was extremely polite and really cute in a white shirt and black bow tie.

The service was horrible and the food was bad. The sesame chicken was all breading and sauce. No piece of chicken was over a half inch big. Hard to tell there was any chicken in it at all. See photo of left overs when we had enough of picking through the garbage. The other dish was Moo Goo Gi Pan and it had little to no flavor. Service was non existent.. Can't speak to the sushi as none of us got it.. maybe that's better? Go elsewhere for basic Chinese.
