The Frosted Rooster — Restaurant in Bel Air

They didn’t offer any kind of crowd control or direction, especially when it was obvious that we weren’t sure what their process was. You order at a kiosk off to the side, not at the counter like your typical ice cream shop. The people behind the counter literally just stared as us as we waited to be approached to build our order like any other place. And in the meantime people kept cutting us in line until we figured it out on our own.

Then something happened with our order - I think we edited the wrong order by mistake and ended up with a duplicate. I don’t eat nuts, but both orders were Macademia Nut cookie. This part was our fault for sure, but when we realized the mistake the guy behind the counter literally just blinked at us. I told him I don’t eat nuts and he literally just stared. No customer service to offer to make the correct order or anything. So we walked out with an order I couldn’t even eat and tossed it.

I don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon. The way things were handled the whole time just put a bad taste...

I ordered cookies from The Frosted Rooster through DoorDash, and I’m beyond disappointed. First, one of the cookies arrived with a bite taken out of it—completely unacceptable. On top of that, the cookies tasted terrible—stale, overly sweet, and just not fresh at all. I was expecting a treat, but this experience was anything but. Definitely not worth the money...
