KFC — Restaurant in Bell Gardens

YOU WANT TO KNOW WHAT I DON'T LIKE!!!??? Okay, here you go...The first time I went through the drive thru since a long time, they didn't have mac and cheese and said that it would be a15 minute wait 😳! Today I decided to use Postmates for an order, and I think they actually took longer. Okay got the incomplete order! That's right, incomplete! Didn't receive the mash potatoes and gravy but got two corns instead of one!!! Kiddos need to follow the instructions and make sure that the customer is going to enjoy the service and food. I asked for two honey BBQ sauces...didn't get them!!! Stupid people! I can't believe it! When I called the number to complain they never answered! I called about three times! Really? Who was hired? Who was fired? Ugh!!! By the way, customer service, if you really care, take a good look at the posts regarding the experiences of nice and honest people and get your business moving in the right direction! You're the business man! First time I not only get to rate you but see the other reviews too! Lol! This is poor service for you and the news! Be considerate and wise about your staff! No wonder the drive thru lines are totally empty. People want to use the drive thru for less hassle, more convenient reasons and now people have to make sure that they receive what they expect?...

When they tell you to pull over they will take your food hear me out “say no and stay in line” they did this to me and 15 min later my food wasn’t even coming my way. I wasn’t upset its the lack of communication that they did not inform me that my food was going to take 20min. Like just be honest since I place my order and say “sorry for the inconvenience” it’s going to be a 20 min wait since we don’t have any chicken available…. Like I’m still going to wait… who’s ever franchise this is needs to come and retrained this KFC. I don’t work here and I very well know the menu every time I ask for a 2 piece meal they always say what drink? I bought the family meal chicken strips were dried up and hard to chew. They gave me my order as soon as I payed did not have to wait but the chicken strips must have been sitting out for a while my stomach started hurting mind you it was a family meal so my daughter and nephews all started feeling sick after trying to eat one strip each we couldn’t finish the rest the mac and cheese smelled and taste weird too it was disgusting and I called and apparently no manager or supervisor was around that could help me so yeah the meal was a waste of money that only got us sick and I’ve heard bad reviews of this kfc still decided to give it a try but it’s wrong to have food out for that long and still serve it to customers they need to observe that and be mindful of customers you can get someone really sick we had...
