I there today, this store I can honestly say has great customer service!!! I have to give credit where credit is well earned! From the time I was at the produce section the person stocking up I could hear him interacting with the customers. The person at the seafood section I personally felt acknowledged and the guy was super friendly!! The lady at the counter where you get the queso again super friendly and as well I never felt that I was begging for their attention on the other hand they acknowledged me. The manager (I’m sure it was) super friendly and attentive!!!!!!! The cashier as well well mannered and again very polite and attentive, the leads that handled a transaction of an over charged again super nice and polite!! I wished I was able to get everyone’s names that i encounter today to give them a big thank you!!! Mind you this store is right down the street from another el super I have another el super down the street from where I live and I’ve never felt so acknowledged and welcomed like I have at this store.. this store is on my way to home from work, this is my 3rd time going and I’m making it my go to store! Keep up with the...

Your welcome, please from several employees who expected me to move out of the way as they came down aisles with huge crates. Every employee there looks like they hate to be there, no smile, no manners, a lot of attitude at check out, at the hot foods section, in the seafood section, everywhere!
This store could be awesome but the customer service is enough to keep me away. It’d be different if it was just one employee but it was every...

In spanish. During work hours and a customer, one can expect the minimal decency of being treated neutral! I expect an apology from that person to...
