AT&T Store — Local services in Bell Gardens

I went to the store today in hopes on getting more information as far as upgrading my phone since they were unable to share information over the phone. I arrived at 5:35 and saw people inside with employees and both doors were locked. I was irritated and disappointed since i wasted my time in heading over there especially when all the employees did was watch me yank on the door when it says they close at 6pm today, again all i wanted was information not sure why they were closed...

Have been going in since christmas for upgrades on my daughters phone and my phone. Also bought a tablet line and internet service. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with this store that it doesn't matter if it's not the closest one to me I will continue coming here. The representatives are very good with providing all the information you need and answering any questions I had. Carlos, Jonathan, Leyla, Jocelyn, and Eric were all extremely helpful...

Here’s my experience on this AT&T store… you know that feeling of going to Disneyland for the very first time,? that’s how it was with this two helpful and very kind ladies (Layla and Rachel) that help me and my family to upgrade our 7lines family plan, they handled our upgrades on our phone and watches professionally and with good positive attitudes! If anyone wants upgrades with no hustle and BS We very much recommend this store location! Thank you...
