I really want to like this place …

I had a great experience at Visionworks! Scheduling an appointment was simple and hassle-free, and the overall process, including the eye exam, was fantastic. They are particularly excellent with children—this was my child’s first exam, and the staff took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand and reassuring.

The ladies in the office were incredibly professional and provided exceptional customer service. However, I believe the older gentleman on staff could benefit from further training, as his approach was not on par with the rest of the team

My only major critique is the frame selection. Unfortunately, the variety is lacking, as most frames look nearly identical despite being from different brands. The presentation is also poor, making it challenging to find a decent pair of glasses. It feels like a missed opportunity to offer customers more diverse and high-quality options. Overloading on similar-looking frames seems like a poor business decision and detracts from an otherwise excellent experience.

Their online deals are not honored at the store so that’s also an issue. When your online store is better than storefront just downgrade to being an exam focused provider and limit on frame. Save money on facility space and saving your overhead expenses and possibly providing those saving to...

The moment I got inside, I was welcomed by Juan and he helped me get settled in. It was my first time attending this place, so he helped me fill out my paperwork. He went through everything and explained thoroughly while making sure I didn't have any questions. He was able to answer all my questions and was very patient and understanding. Jacky was also very helpful while I was getting my eye exam done. The Dr. was very welcoming and had no problem with answering the handful of questions I had, my appointment went smoothly. She was also very patient with me and her customer service was great. Overall, Juan gave me the best customer service as he also helped me find the perfect glasses to my preference. I appreciate the whole staff also helping me out on deciding which glasses I should get as I had a hard time choosing for myself. Only gave a 2 star because the dr was nice. But I didnt like it. Yes they're showing u cheap frames but at high price. You get better glasses , cheaper somewhere else . Glasses were made poorly. They charged for the prescription like it usually costs when they thin the glass n not leave it thick because it looks horrible on small frame of glasses. Horrible! They are 2 expensive there. When I picked up the prescription they didnt even know why i was there. , they just wanted 2 hand it , no bag, no receipt, nothing. Like here u go bye lol Omg. I only went there because where i usually go was closed but never returning there. Spend your money somewhere else where they pay attention to detail and just don't hand u whatever , however.
