This place is the best. If you been to other kickin crabs it doesnt even compare to this one. The place looks way better than the other places. Great decor and design. Dont be fooled by how it looks on the outside. You'll be surprised when you walk in. Like the saying dont judge a book by its cover. The place doesnt stink doesnt smell its cool and fresh.

The customer service is great. They work as a team and enjoy making their customers happy. The staff doesn't forget about you and checks on you. Great customer service is hard to find these days. Thank you Lance and the rest of the staff for the great experience. Please tip the staff they deserve it.

The food is super delicious very well seasoned so much flavor it will have you licking your fingers. There is unlimited refills for lemonades and soft drinks. Here is the bonus this spot has HAPPY HOUR thats right happy hour. This is the only one that has happy hour food happy hour drinks. Beers and wines are $3 each for happy hour. This spot is also the only one that has garlic noodles and other food for happy hour. Come try it out you will not be disappointed.

This review is from a month ago and previous times prior. I’ve been to this location a few times and it’s always something new. First you can’t make over the phone orders, then try to order online, everything is “not available.” Asked what was this about? once I arrived and now phone call orders are permitted. Ok cool! Next experience, I ordered food, got home and realized that the sauce was lacking. Left the food with the family (at home) and drove back to order extra sauce. Was told that I had to order something to purchase it. I explained that I just ordered and left the proof (receipt/food) at home. Still was turned down. Even if I didn’t place an order I think if you want to order sauce it should be allowed. I mean I didn’t want it for FREE! Ok last experience (about a month ago). Shrimp had the taste of the sea TOO FISHY! The sides of rice were mushy! And the the sauce definitely wasn’t Cajun Extra Mild. More like SPICY SPICY! At this point I was over it and said that’s 3x I will NEVER do this location again even though I’m less than 10 mins away. Muscles & Shrimp were good. Rice could have been better. Micheladas were excellent. *NOTE: Be sure to check your seafoods insides and clean/de-gut properly as there are other creatures possibly inside. We found 1 pea-crab parasite inside a muscle, removed it and cleaned the muscle, and then placed back into the sauce. It's good that all is cooked but we prefer not to eat what we didn't order lol. Not possible for kitchen to do this work so as you prepare your food how you like, clean it and inspect it how you like before eating.

I would go back for the shrimp and muscles and would opt for medium and more in spicy for the extra kick. Super flavorful food and attentive staff.
