Dunkin' — Restaurant in Bellaire

So I placed a mobile order for pick up for a dozen boston kreme donuts because those are my favorite and well the app process was simple. I placed the order at like 5:50 pm on Monday and arrived at the shop at 6:30 pm just for the lady to tell me that they didn't have any donuts left. I was so frustrated because I went out of my way to go there and they could not even call to tell me when they had more than enough time. Then I asked if they could just cancel the order and they told me I had to speak with a manager until the next morning. I called Tuesday around noon and asked for Chetan (manager), the lady who answered they were in back room and unavailable and they would call me back. Of course, I never got a call back and so I tried calling back twice after that and nobody answered. I never received my order and I never got my order cancelled so I had to dispute the charge through the bank. This is really bad...

I was sad to say that I was disappointed with this visit because of the fact that I hadn't been to Dunkin' donuts for a long time and I was excited to be there since my sister was adamant about choosing to eat this today so I went out of my way to go out on the other side of town to go out Dunkin' donuts and then I was dissatisfied from the way the receptionist through her vibe it seemed as if I was wasting her time she have to look on her face she was not cordial she was not friendly she was very kalas and besides that not to try to put this place down I'm just telling it how I see it and feel but not even the donuts were great the only thing that I found enjoyable out of the whole experience was the chamomile tea mixed with light sugar and cream I found a very soothing and actually help calm nerves that was the only thing that I found wonderful out of...

This location, lacks customer service decency atmosphere. My husband called me in tears from the parking lot because all he wanted after the first half of his hard shift was a Dunkin’ Donuts coffee on his lunch break the barista watch the door gets slammed on his face. Watch the door be slammed on him by a homeless person get knocked all over him, All over the floor, she didn’t offer to remake it or even help him with napkins. She watched, laughing and snickering. You think somebody would remake it having Customer service Skills or decency you have to make another one. It wasn’t our fault.
