I have been looking for a pizza referred to as Kitchen sink, I finally found it at this place although they call it the firehouse deluxe. So I went ahead and called in the order at 3:20pm to be ready at 5pm for pickup.
I arrive at the shop at 5:01 and walk in and see every single employee so into their phones that they didn’t notice me and my girlfriend arrive and so we wait a few seconds and then I knock on the counter.
I tell them I am here to pickup my 5pm order then he says what is it for... I told them the firehouse deluxe.. at this point I realized that they didn’t have the order ready at all.
I decided because of this OBVIOUS disregard for customer service I wasn’t going to wait.
Such a bummer because I was really looking forward to this type of pizza and found it close to my home.
Sorry firehouse, I will not be your customer and I’m going to tell everyone else I know to not buy from ya’ll either.

I ordered 2 pizzas and a side of wings. The wings had no sauce and, better yet, were completely inedible! They had black mystery spots all over them and a few were even congealed together. Words can't begin to describe the odor they emitted.
One of the pizzas (chicken and onion) was terrible and had a mystery flavor. I couldn't quite put my finger on it, but it was similar to a dirty water taste. The other pizza (veggie) was edible but completely bland.
