June 2019 - On the rare occasion I visit anymore I always remember why!! I went in 20 minutes ago and gave them a 2nd chance after forgetting my hash browns last week and THEY FORGOT AGAIN!!! Stop charging people and not giving them their food!! This is not a once in a while thing, this is an EVERY TIME THING anymore. Either Dunkin is intentionally stealing from their customers or they just CONTINUOUSLY hire incompetent people. Something needs to change!!! The service is terrible to begin with.

I am not sure what is going on now but they are more obsessed with talking to their co-workers than talking to and taking orders from the customers. The drive thru is TERRIBLE. The line is always wrapped around the building before 10 am, it's much too small for the amount of business, they almost never have Munchkins even at 8 am. I went thru drive thru today and the girl told me they were out of Hazelnut I asked for other flavors than that and she again listed Hazelnut (not paying attention, too busy talking) and failed to give me my hash browns again because she was too busy talking.    Read moremost of the time i give positive reviews, but i have never had such bad service in all my life, i go to dunkin donuts every morning and sometimes in the evens, ive ben to everyone in marion and lake county and its usually a hit or miss on getting my orders right and i understand no one is perfect. But belleview has the worst customer service i have ever seen i have gone there quite a bit only cause its close to my house, ever since ive gone there since they opened they have never got my order right and has charged me for things i didnt order, or charge me for what i ordered but never gave it to me. yesterday i was there got a macchiato and a sandwich i was at the window for almost 10 mins before i got my coffee and then they gave me the wrong sandwich and asked me to pull forward so they can fix it as i wait for over 30mins at this point i pull back around to find out if they forgot me, the lady said oh we gave your sandwich to someone else "seriouly" by this time im 20 mins late for work she didnt even offer to remake it she said here is your money back, once i left and started to drink my large coffee it was only half way full and there was't any espresso in the drink, this is only one of many bad experiences at the belleview...

Finally got to the window, received kind & speedy service by the sweet young lady in the window, I handed her a small tip, but was met with much surprise when she kindly rejected. The young lady said they are no longer allowed to accept tips, although Iâve tipped at this location weeks prior. When I asked her why, she said she wasnât âallowed to talk about itâ and looked nervous at the mention. Which reminded me of something I saw in a Facebook group not too long ago. This event helped me piece the two together, and all I have to say isâŚâŚ really Dunkin? Workers are already working for their stateâs bare minimum and you take even the privilege of a couple bucks tips away from them? Forcing them to stay quiet because others are seeing your shady practices! I wish I couldâve told her not to allow them to silence her, but who am I? I was a loyal customer to this establishment, but now Iâm formally disgusted and disappointed in these allegations. An employer who will steal and punish employeeâs from such little privileges such as tips shouldnât have any employees at all! What a disgusting business practice. Anyway, rant over.
