Maya Juice Bar — Restaurant in Belleville

Maya Juice Bar is truly a hidden gem in downtown Belleville! I cannot recommend their smoothies and salads enough! I don’t have to tell anyone reading this how difficult it is to find healthy, whole food dining in this area, but Maya Juice Bar has changed that!

The restaurant itself is bright and open! Very clean and plenty of seating if you want to bring a few friends with you for lunch!

Today, I ordered the Choco Berry smoothie and the Avocado Chicken Salad Wrap!

The smoothie was, easily, the best smoothie I’ve ever had in my life. Nothing else will ever compare. You can taste the top-notch quality of the fruit in their smoothies. Not watered down at all, and naturally sweet, too.

As for the Avocado Chicken Salad Wrap, I am embarrassed by how quickly I ate that up! As with the fruits, the veggies and chicken in my wraps were fresh and so yummy! Flavorful and a delightful texture.

They also serve AMAZING gluten-free muffins; a family recipe!

I cannot wait to eat here...

The ambiance is so relaxing and pretty. Their choice of decor and live plants and soothing greens and earth tones is so lovely 🌴🌼🌿🌺🌻

The owners are absolutely precious human beings; they’re extremely hard workers with a very sweet origin story. I have worked at multiple juice bars/health cafes/general restaurants so I can say with confidence that they are doing everything right here.

Definitely a hidden gem in Belleville, IL! When you walk in, there is a huge menu which is nice, and out of the way of people that may be eating near by… It’s a very clean atmosphere, a lot of healthy snacks options on the counter for sale… Cute juice refrigerator with a lot of options. Very nice owner, Mr. Nicolas he was very pleasant and even warmed my gluten free chocolate chip muffin which made it top tier!
