Worked uber eats at this place. On two different occasions (the same day!) while I was waiting to pick up the first uber eats order, I witnessed a father with his son complain that the cashier didn't hear him when he ordered another set of chicken nuggets when he checked the bag, then on the 2nd occasion(still same day) they let some guy cut in front of an entire fairly-long line because the cashier didn't 'realize' we were all there just standing and waiting for awhile, and when somebody pointed it out, the cashier still proceeded to take the line-cutter's order! and at the same time (while this was all happening) another man came in and complained that they forgot some chicken sandwiches in their order, all in the same day!!! its ridiculous!! Every time i'm there, even with different workers they always manage to screw up some orders each day. Fire all the workers and rehire more accurate and professional people that are willing to serve our food correctly. Usually I let a mistake or 2 slide, but the amount of every day mistakes these guys make is appalling!! do something about...
Read moreService here sucks. I placed an order on the app for 2 breakfast combos and 2 side biscuits. The food was picked up by my colleague. Once I opened the bag I noticed a breakfast sandwich was missing. I sent my colleague back with the receipt and the food in the bag. When he came back I was missing a biscuit this time. Upon returning back to the store, the young lady at the register seemed like she was not having a good day (don’t know her name but she’s Spanish). The young lady called her manager who then threw my food out without asking just because they were no longer serving breakfast (I wanted my breakfast, let’s be clear on that). They did offer lunch but that’s not what we wanted. Money was refunded. But it was just the rudeness and lack of customer service so early in the morning that threw me off. A waste of food. Btw I’m sure the biscuits aren’t being hand made so not sure what the issue was here with just giving the biscuit in request in which this was a mistake not once but twice...
Read moreMy experience here today was absolutely atrocious. We decided to go inside since the line for the drive thru was long. We get inside and it is also busy. After placing our order which took about 10 minutes to place we found ourselves waiting for a minimum of 15 additional minutes to get our order. When we get up to pick up our order almost instantly our name was removed from the queue. We wait there and a taller young lady wearing a black shirt(name began with an A) who I can only assume is either a lead or manager since the rest of the employees had red shirts starts to give someone else my order. I acknowledge the fact she was making a mistake but sure enough she ends up giving up my items anyway. We wait another 10 minutes so they can get the rest of our order AGAIN and the best part is that we didn't even receive an apology at the end of it for what happened. Idk if working in customer service has set my expectations high but I can guarantee I'll never be visiting this...
