I have gone to this burger king many times as I live a block away. I can not remember a time my family has been able to even eat their food the first time as something is always messed up. Today we went for lunch and zach the I assume manager on duty at the time. Took for ever to even take our order. When the food came out we where missing one of our burgers. So went up to get it replaced and zach did not seem pleased. We finally got the burger amd went home to eat. As I opened up the food for everyone at home I noticed one of the burgers we ordered was completely messed up ontop of it being cold. Keep in mind I only live a block away so their is no reason my food should be cold when it went straight into a heated car and into a heated house. When I called zach answered the phone and was not professional at all and ended up hanging up. I called back and a different person answered named Chris who was the up most respectfully and handled the situation very well. He personally replaced my food and made sure it was correct and fresh. I shouldn't have to drive a couple miles to the next closest burger king when I have one across the street from my house but at the same point if your never able to eat your food after you order it then your going to have to go else where. Chris said he just came back to Burger King and I hope they keep him there as he seems to be the only one at the store with some common since and definitely the only one with a good sence and feel for being a manager. Read moreSunday, I bought food for me and my children and didn't receive all items ordered and paid for. I live several miles north of this business and was only in the area for an outing with said children. I called and informed the manager who said his name is Eric and that I could either get my money or the items. When I informed him of the distance and the inconvenience of coming back that same night he said my name would be in a book. I go today, Thursday, to resolve the matter and as Eric handed me the missing items I informed him I rather have my money, but he then refused to give me my money explaining that he couldn't just open a drawer and hand me cash. This logic made no sense of course as he just handed me food I was owed but he still didn't give me my money that I requested nor the owners info to try and resolve this matter, but referred me to the Internet. I couldn't find the owners info so posting this review. Reviews are here for a reason as well as the current low rating of 3, which seems generous now. I always try to give it another chance but will no longer becoming to this location. Went 12/8/24 at 10:30 pm and had the rudest experience ever with the employee, he had an attitude before even placing an order I mentioned their screen was out and they were rude saying they know and got mad when you couldn’t even know what they had to order. I went to order a new menu item and was told it is not available when it just came out a couple week ago and is still offered on the app/website, also was asking if they had any Mello Yello (coke Product) or Mountain Dew and got a douchebag reply, never got a receipt and couldn’t ask for any sauce the employee tossed the food out the window and shut it before I could ask.
