Very unpleasant experience at this Taco Bell I pulled into the parking lot at 7:00pm today on 11/16/2025 the line was a little decent but not to bad as it was moving little by little, I finally was able to get into drive thru lane by like 7:05 which wasnât too bad and I was waiting behind a pickup truck which I assumed had a large order, there had been another car behind me so it was to late to back out and possibly go inside. I probably got to the speaker box by like 7:10 give or take , I was told âhi Iâm sorry for the wait Iâll be right with youâ cool thatâs fine I get itâs a dinner rush, however they proceeded to move through the line of 5 cars that were in front of me before taking my order, having me sit at the speaker box for well over 10 minutes, while the time was passing, 5 cars had gotten in line, two of which left, and one of which had their kids getting out to go inside , itâs probably 7:22 when they finally take my order, I had literally ordered one item, I figured since I didnât order much and I literally had such an easy order and probably the easiest order since I been there I figured they could give me a small discount for waiting so long , the big white woman at the window was nice at first but then started giving attitude after I had asked her for the discount, basically saying how door dash was more important than the customers in the drive thru and how I could leave and go someplace else like I didnât just sit here and wait for a good 20 minutes for nothing, terrible and disrespectful customer service, she handled it all types of wrong , she explained that there had only been three people which I completely understand but at the same point in time her attitude was uncalled for, then proceeded to tell the kitchen staff to cancel my order for no reason, like wow, so I sat in your slow line for 24 minutes for nothing, this location needs to do better, better management, but I guess I dodge a bullet as seeing the reviews their food is clearly disgusting and I can tell itâs unsanitary as the womanâs sweat was literally dripping off her head and probably into the...
   Read moreI went to Taco Bell against my better judgement (this has happened to me before) with my granddaughter because she wanted to go inside and order. There was nobody to take my order, nobody to answer questions and I was forced to use a kiosk that hasn't got the options that we wanted. No one to answer any questions so I ended up with a crappy incomplete order. Another customer came in with the same issue, one person started helping him and he was pulled off the front counter by the POS manager for helping customers. Worst customer service I've ever seen in my life. I'll never go back, too bad cuz I like Taco Bell. If I had the time and the money I would sue them for emotional distress for the pain and suffering they caused me and two other customers in the store at the same time. Had to yell to get my ordered made after 15 minutes. One of complete joke. Ive had a successful business for 48 years and I would never dream of treating my customers with such disrespect...

Its so bad i always check the app is taking orders so I know they are actually open. I checked Google. Open till 2, its 11. I open the app. Place an order and to my surprise it took it. Great they are open! Drove there and saw YAY THE SIGNS ACTUALLY ON!! Because often its off, even if they are open. I thought "wow maybe they got new management with the remodel!" Pulled up to the speaker and was greated with "sorry we're closed" I asked how could I place an order then "I dunno we're closed" "this happened alot: " we're closed". I wonder what's so different about THIS location than the other one near by? Is it franchised? Really bad managers?
