I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at this Casey’s. My wife, who has stage 4 cancer, and I ordered a pizza because we don’t always have the time or energy to cook at home for various reasons. When we got the pizza, it was inedible—it had rotten lettuce, was incomplete, and poorly prepared. It was so poorly done. In fact it was if the employee didn’t care at all!
I tried calling the store around 7 times. After being on hold for over 30 minutes, I finally drove back to the store, still on hold, with the pizza in hand. When I arrived, I explained the situation to the young lady working there and even stepped aside for her to assist other guests because she needed to call her manager. After waiting another 10-15 minutes, she finally asked for my phone number so the manager could call me on Tuesday two days later.
I had to explain to her that it was unacceptable that my wife and I had to go without dinner that night due to this issue, that nobody answered their phones, and that I had to drive back to the store and wait further, just to be told I’d have to wait days for a resolution. Despite all this, she was extremely rude, merely saying, ‘Yes, that’s the way it is,’ without offering an apology or showing any concern.
The entire experience was unacceptable, and there is no option on their website to request a refund. I will be reaching out to Casey’s corporate office to address this issue, as the service at this location fell far below any reasonable standard. Read moreI have been to many Casey stores. I love there PIZZA 🍕 I have never ordered pizza from the caseys app but decided to on Aug 24 2024 No one was answer the phone. I figured it was from the air show going on. First off somehow on the app I received thin crust pizza not exactly what I wanted and than when I opened my breadstix they were thinner than my pizza. I called and the lady I talked to said she was the kitchen manager. I explained the situation and she was very rude and disrespectful. I told her I had the app pulled up and I see that my pizza crust said thin but that was not what I wanted She said that is the way it came thru and they would not remake my pizza and I said ok but it does not say thin on my breadstix and I would like to atleast have those remade she said absolutely not. I told her that I would NEVER again order from this location. She told me that is fine with her she don't care. I also was charged for ice and water even bringing in my own caseys cup. Very rude location. I would avoid this store...
Read moreThere is a sign in the kitchen for employees (the public can see it as well) that says "country music or nothing". I believe this is unprofessional and not a great way to treat your employees, does not promote an inclusive welcoming environment. I had stopped coming to this location due to a variety of reasons, but was hoping after a few months things would turn around, very disappointed to see that type of sign directed at employees and available for customers to see. I stopped coming to this location due to there never being any warmer food available, the terrible customer service, and after I somehow got stuck in the carwash after making it halfway through which ended up destroying my hupcaps. I filed a report with the manager who was lovely but corporate never bothered reaching out to me to repair my vehicle, currently speaking with a lawyer as I have waited for a call since August. The only way to resolve anything at any Casey's location is to leave a bad review which really sucks...
