Edit: After coming here multiple times and our orders sometimes getting mixed up, I had to revise my rating. Some of the new hires are rude and not at all apologetic. Bahn Mi, another bubble tea shop in Bellevue doesn’t have this issue.
I ordered a pineapple bubble tea and a waffle. I kindly asked the cashier if yogurt boba is not similar to popping. She said, “yes”. After waiting for 5 minutes, our order was ready and after sipping on the drink was struck with disappointment. The yogurt boba is filled with very sweet liquid that distracts from the bubble tea. Without correcting the cashier, I simply asked if we could get it remade.
If she didn’t know what popping was, she didn’t need to lie. Help everyone else out, and say a confident, ”I don’t know.”
I went to the front again (I was still waiting on the other portion of my order), and she asked if I needed help. I patiently said, “I’m just waiting on my ice cream waffle.” After nearly 20 minutes, we finally got our ice cream.
We left, and the cashier gave a sarcastic, “HaaAave a NiiIIIcee daaAaAay.”
Yup, we’ll have a nice day by going to another bubble tea shop that has employees that are kind, respectful, prompt, and genuine.
Original post: I ordered the purple potato bubble tea, and I was satisfied with the subtle touch of sweetness and light ice. I also got the Hong Kong style waffle, which is a crispier and sweeter version of the typical fluffy waffle. It is served in a dish without any dipping sauces.
I wanted to try the chicken, however, they unfortunately won't have it available until next year, potentially...

First I would like to note that these wings seem a bit pricier at first when ordering but they are actually decently meaty. More than what you get from BWW and I actually like B-dubs.
Got 20 of each wing (except plain fried) and I didn't eat the hot as they were for a party but I rate the Soy garlic and honey garlic very closely. With Soy being the favorite if you like them sweeter. The sweet Amber reminded me of some scents when I walk into a pacific/Asian supermarket. Going to make sure I get soy, hot and the original fried next time.
Edit: I've gotten the plain fried chicken and they are absolutely delicious and crunchy.
As for the "Tea" my wife got Mangonadas and its a slush with a tahin seasoned straw and there's a lot. Its got mango chunks on top as well but I wouldn't recommend it unless you like a bit of spicy/zesty in your drink.
For myself I got the Taro milk swirl. It was mostly milk with taro chunks at the bottom and I love taro so it was good. Wasn't worth the 6.50 imo as it was mostly milk but that's what I get for ordering a milk swirl (don't get me wrong it was still good). It could've used more chunks though.
The egg waffle was malleable but crispy, warm and good. Not much to say there except I'd get it again. Maybe with whatever else they serverit with just to give it a try.
Overall probably 4.5/5 rounded up to a 5. I'm definitely going to go again before I...

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Tsao Cha with my 11-year-old daughter. During our visit, she accidentally spilled her drink due to a loose lid provided by the staff. Instead of offering any comfort or reassurance, the employees simply cleaned up the mess in silence, leaving my daughter feeling sad and embarrassed.
When I asked a server if she could make another drink for my daughter, she said yes, which gave me a glimmer of hope. However, after waiting patiently for over 10 minutes, I noticed the same server leaving her work station and heading to the back without any update. I approached another server to follow up, only to be told that we would have to pay for another drink.
This experience was disheartening for three main reasons: first, my daughter was already upset about the spill, which was caused by the faulty lid; second, I had tipped 15% on our original order, which should have covered the cost of a simple replacement drink; and finally, the staff showed a complete lack of care for customer experience, prioritizing a $6 sale over a child’s happiness.
I would strongly discourage anyone from visiting this establishment, especially families with children looking to enjoy bubble tea. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere that values...
