Ezell's Famous Chicken — Restaurant in Bellevue

Just came from ezells 45 minutes ago what I ordered was two pounds of tenders and two jumbo sides what I left with was two pounds of tenders and one small macaroni and one small fry there’s no pound of tenderson the menu that comes with tenders just by itself. So where are my other sides?? the Latino man taking orders ran me up for two pounds of chicken tenders and a side of macaroni and a side of fries when I asked where my jumbo sides were he told me I only wanted small sides (even tho the order comes with larger sizes) but still didn’t give me my other two small sides to the other order of tenders but told me he’d run me up for jumbo portions if I wanted to pay (why would I pay when im owed the sides already???) I would call but I feel like he’ll try to argue with me as he did before in the store when I asked about it and I’m not paying for another Uber/Lyft/Cab to get what I ordered. There is no order on the menu that comes with tenders by there selfs so he basically just screwed my order over and wouldn’t listen to me speak about it. I walked into the establishment with nothing but chicken on my mind. I noticed the staff staring at my fancy expensive car. It made me feel masculine again it’s been rough since my vasectomy my wife belittles me my kids don’t respect me. I ordered a 24 piece half and half chicken with sides. I got all of what i ordered nothing was missing. I trust Ezell’s more than I trust my backstabbing family that emasculates me. I might go so far as to say that Ezell’s is my new family. The staffs laughter rang through the small area making me think back to my youth; running through fields, petting zoos, and eating corn dogs. The food was made fresh. I am salivating just thinking back to my excellent meal. As it is 2021 it’s always refreshing for me to see an ethnically diverse band of youths working together. I was not disappointed at Ezell’s. Seeing Ezell’s diverse staff made me feel more comfortable in my being a third generation Englishman in America. Most people in this country gravitate towards coffee while my spirit has a want for tea. I am me and that’s okay. Ezell’s helped me to finally achieve self acceptance and realize my full potential as an Englishman with a vasectomy but a very big heart....

I ordered through the app for pick up. All of the food was correct, and ready on time. However, I had to ask for napkins. They were not in the bag which was all nicely packed up with food and sauces. And you can’t grab them yourself because they are behind plastic walls. I didn’t like that because this food is messy, and not everyone lives right around the corner to be home to eat it. When we got to the car and I got out my little boy’s meal, I couldn’t give him his baked beans to eat because guess what, they did not pack any utensils either! (We had two sides that needed utensils by the way). I didn’t have time to unbuckle the car seat, unload him, go back in, in the rainy dark evening, etc etc. So he had to wait for the 25 min drive home in traffic to finish his meal. This stuff makes a big difference so why was it missed? I am extremely pissed that I tipped through the app now too. It’s ALWAYS a gamble to tip BEFORE any service had been given.
