It was Veterans day. I wanted to get something to eat, and a friend told me they were offering a special for vets. When I arrived at the drive thru, I ordered and proceeded to window. The manager charged me a higher price than the special, so I asked to remove some items. He rolled his eyes at me and slammed the window. When he returned, he still charged me (from what I calculated), over the price. Frustrated but VERY respectful, I asked him to cancel my order. AGAIN he gave me an attitude, and rolled his eyes.
I called back some time later to ask for his manager's number. All of a sudden, he knew what day it was and proceeded to tell me that he didn't realize. It was 4 in the afternoon mind you. How does a MANAGER not know what federal holiday it is, and what special he was running. WORST manager I have EVER seen.
Worst part is, not knowing how much money this manager might have been stealing from the veterans coming through for the special. I got the impression that extra money was being charged for the veterans and it was going right into "someones" pocket. Don't go to this fazolis. Manager Kurt, you should be demoted or in jail
And let me make myself clear. I'm not a bum. I didn't go there for a handout. I never asked our great nation to make a day, honoring my employment. And I sure as hell, didn't ask fazolis to run a special for me. They offered it, i was hungry, and so I went. I have a pension, an education, and a pretty decent paying job. I would have even considered, just paying for a meal to my exact liking, had this "manager" been properly trained in...
Read moreThe noodles tasted old. Plus i had to get up 2 times because my order wasn't correct. i had order the ULT FETTUCCINE with extra chicken and they dint put it on it. so i had to go up and tell them and plus i seen that i was even missing my bacon on it. i am just getting tired of this place messing up my order. Plus my food wasn't even hot. it was not even warm it was cold. probably this would be my last time i will ever come back to this location. if i get the same services like this at another location i would just completely just give up on fazoli's for good.
Would like to say Thank you to Destiny for been so nice and friendly. Got greeted as soon as i walk in today. She was very nice and friendly. Not like her other crew members who were just shooting the Bull about one of them having a baby and saying u cant even see my belly and its like i dint have a baby. Then another employee pull up his shirt showing off his stomach saying see mines is tight he was a African American guy. Plus then a Caucasian guy with glasses wasn't doing anything to help out the new girl who was asking him for help. He dint hear her call him until i said something to him and ask him if he come come and help out Destiny and then he came over with a attitude. But Destiny was so nice .and very friendly and with a big smile when i was been help by her only. Keep up the great...
Read moreThis happened Tuesday March 26th at approximately 8PM.
I ordered my food, paid, and was asked to pull up so they could bring out my food. After 15 minutes, I backed up to the drive through and didn't see anyone pass the window for almost 10 minutes. I was starting to get worried they were being robbed. When someone did pass the window, I was ignored, in spite of knocking on the window and waving.
I finally pulled around and went into the dining room. I politely asked where my food was and if there was an issue. They had no idea I was waiting. I showed my receipt to the manager (a dark haired young lady) who said they would make my food. After another 5 minutes, I decided that I just wanted a refund.
I asked for a refund receipt, but the manager told me they didn't do that. Time will tell if they were able to process that correctly.
At NO time during this entire interaction (or lack there of) did any of the employees or manager apologize for the delay or give me a reason for it. Overall a completely disappointing experience.
I know it's hard to find help these days, but there's just no excuse for this kind...
