Lin Handmade Dumplings — Restaurant in Bellevue

I ordered food to go! I asked how long it was going to take for the food to be ready. The young lady said 15 minutes. That worked for me as I was in a hurry. 20 minutes passed, and nothing, then I checked again, and she said 5 more minutes, actually took 40 minutes. I was so late to my appointment, which I ended up missing. I asked the woman to give me my money back after waiting 30 minutes, and she instead continued to say 5 more minutes. If I knew it was going to take 40 minutes, I wouldn't have ordered it because I didn't have time. I'm writing this because the time was so inaccurate, and they shouldn't lie to the customer. Stopped by for lunch. We were the only ones there. Eight tables total and a couple of bar stools.

We had the congee (the egg was a bit hard) but it was good. The Chinese donut was HUGE and was probably the highlight of the meal. We also had the soy milk which was okay.

Then we had the beef noodle soup (meat was small) which was pretty good. Then we also had the dumplings which were okay. I thought the skin was too thick but whatever.

I wouldn’t go out of the way to go here but if you’re in the area and want some dumplings...

I'm very happy to stumble across Lin. The food is quite refined, in my opinion. They really pay attention to textures and freshness. We'll be back!
