Panda Express — Restaurant in Bellevue

Went for the first time tonight was excited to try Panda Express. Went thru drive thru and ordered family meal was told to pull in to a spot it would be a few minutes for mushroom chicken. 15 min later...girl comes out with food thay wasn't ours and said opps (but didnt say she gave our order to someone else) she will be right back. Wait another 5 min and decided to go in i couldn't wait anymore. Was not even greeted when i came in totally ignored. Then they said they needed my receipt...ok i go grab it. And said id just lile my money back and she said ok but it will take 5 to 7 days!!! So i then called to talk to the manager who told me "well its busy and you chose to wait for the food" and then said "the girl gave your food to another person by mistake" ok I understand thinhs happen but tell me that! She just continued to tell me they were busy and i wanted to wait🤦‍♀️. Called corporate office got a lady who was RUDE and said what, what are you calling for a complaint and i said yes. She took limited info and said to hold and then the call hung up. I tried calling back and would get hung up on UNTIL i called from my husbands phone. When i called from his phone a gentleman answered who was very nice and helpful...and imagine that he had NO record of me every calling before! What a waste of 33.09 which i won't get back for up to 7 days! So i cant review the food but service...

So after so many years visiting the Panda Express finally we came to see that now they are worried about people getting fat . We order bigger plate but got servings for smaller plate. Not sure if they change their policy or just like to be mean. But this was the smallest portions of all the restaurants we visit over 30 states . We hav more hot peppers the meat in the plate . A few days later we order the same exact meal at different location and -WOW miracle- normal . So after I ask the manager about the size she confidently assured me that that is the right way to treat customers at her restaurant ! Obviously we will have a very serious issue next time I go there .I know that they try to show the people that they are the one that make the decisions there . But they forget that tray are there because of their costumers . So shame of the lady that had a bad day but this is not her money that she need to worry about . It is a restaurant policy and she shoud not worry about been mean but do her job the way...

the food is a take it or leave it. could be better. the place looks better than the one by the mall. i wouldnt care to come too much but the employees are great. makes the time getting food and eating there great. i would gave it a four for service and autosphere but there is one girl there who i believe is named Samantha. i could be wrong on the name but damn. i would go anywhere she goes just to see that beauty again. hope you see her front side to know what i am talking about. if you...
