My bridesmaid dress came out great but the process of getting it back was WiLd. She had it for a while and the day I went to pick it up, she thought it was done but forgot to add a strap - other than the hem, this was the only other reason she had the dress. She was supposed to use the material taken off from the hem, but since she forgot, it was in the trash. Thankfully it was right on top. From there, we had to revisit the convo about the strap because she couldn’t remember what we had already discussed. SHES SO BUSY.

I also had her sew on some lettering on a pj set. We had talked color, font, size and how/where it was going to be placed on the pj shirt. The day I was supposed to pick up my dress was also the day I was supposed to get the jammies. Just like the dress, the pjs were not ready. In fact, on my way out she asked about the color and the placement of the letter, and had them both wrong, needing reminded yet again of what we agreed to.

Other than not having the dress or jammies ready when they were supposed to be, she rescheduled on me 3 different times and 2 of those times she didn’t even tell me. I found out from someone else who was getting alterations from her.

Overall, communication was poor, unprofessional, and stressful. The process of getting anything done or back was not enjoyable but in the end the dress was perfect and the pjs were not...
