Starbucks — Restaurant in Bellevue

They consistently overcharge for everything at this location to include 70 cents if you want any cream added to your black coffee, less ice because they say you get more coffee/tea, water, and they overcharge anywhere from .50 cents to .75 more for the same drink you’d get at ANY OTHER Starbucks. A small black coffee with cream costs the same as the largest in Papillion. Customer service is hit and miss and tends to be on the miss side more often than not. Coffee isn’t fresh, barely warm unless you go first thing in the morning, and the drinks are not made the same as the other Starbucks locations. We waited in line for over 30 minutes with only two people in front of us. The first 10 minutes of being there, they were working on online orders only before helping the customers in line. There were two workers- one was taking orders AND making drinks(slowly may I add), the other one was doing dishes. Prioritizing customers over dishes and working as a team - one doing orders/other making drinks) and then clean when necessary would’ve made things go a lot more...

I ordered a white mocha peppermint mocha with almond milk this morning. I've been getting this drink all winter. Typically from the 156th and dodge location and it taste AMAZING! But today i stopped into bakers at twin creek because i live in bellevue and work out in west omaha, ordered my drink and i'm not over exaggerating it tasted like dirt with a sprinkle of peppermint.
