I came to Starbucks for the 2nd time. Last week when I order I had said no coffee, I didn’t see him write it in there so when he repeat it back I asked for no coffee. He repeated me so no coffee. I said no coffee. It was like he was annoyed. But the drink wasn’t made like we asked but we just said forget about it, it’s all good. Today my son and I went to get his usual ribbon crunch no coffee. I had asked for caramel at the bottom, line of caramel and caramel on the whipped cream. Chris started making the drink. When he started blending the drink, I had asked before you pour it in there can you add I little more caramel I don’t see any as I had asked for some. The girl said there is caramel there. So then Chris is like okay you want more caramel and started squeezing the bottle like crazy. In which I had it on video of the way he is dragging out the caramel. I looked at my son and said his behavior is unnecessary. After he is done pouring the Caramel on the whipped cream. He goes to yell out which again he is on video I wish I could post that saying a caramel ribbon crunch with EXTRA,EXTRA,EXTRA,EXTRA,EXTRA,EXTRA,EXTRA,EXTRA,EXTRA,EXTRA,EXTRA Carmel. I probably said it more. My son went to taste it as he thumbs around. Chris, the girl and the customer thought it was funny as Chris mocks himself again saying extra extra you got what you wanted. After hearing that and hearing that they got a kick outta that I turned around and said actually I didn’t get what I asked for. I asked for caramel at the bottom, line of caramel and caramel on the whipped cream. At no point did I ask for all them extras. That was your doing for being a smart ass and getting upset because I asked if you can add a little more. I still didn’t say extra. So i asked him to make my drink the correct way. And he did. However, it’s annoying that I can’t rely on good customer service and won’t allow them to make a drink for me again. Being that like target, ima just have to go to bakers and deal with a line there. Never have I experienced that type...
Read moreI always come here because the Starbucks inside of bakers is always rude and this Bellevue target location they are always nice but the young lady today with the curly hair was just awful. She was not only super short with her responses to the people in front of me but she was so unfriendly. I said hi and all she said was “what can I get for you” and then when she gave me my drink I said thank you so much and she didn’t say anything she just ignored me and then I figured I’d tell her to at least have a good day so I nicely said “have a good day” and she just ignored me. What an awful employee and way to treat customers. I did nothing to her but order my drink. Maybe management should do a better job at hiring people or scheduling people because a huge reason why employees are stressed out or hate their jobs is because management fails to do anything right. So it’s either management or it’s her and she just completely sucks and should quit because I never want to see her again. This was at 8am ish on Saturday...
Read moreI love the drinks, however, I have since stopped going to this location because of one of the workers there. I believe she is the 'supervisor' and her name is Aubrey. She is so rude, dismissive and curt. The first time I went to order something, she was really snippy with me when I asked her a question, then the second time, I gave her a gift card thinking there may have been some left on it to spend and when there wasn't, she laughed. I think this is so rude. What's her problem? If she doesn't want to work with people or have the decency to be a good human being, go work elsewhere. I have since stopped going here because of her. I hope...
