Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Bellflower

I called in my order the girl said it should be ready by 9:20 / 9:30 . I went in at 9:24 And the guy tells me we had to wait 8 minutes because they just finished making the last pizza . He said there were only two of them working and they were behind . I understood. Didn't complain. I waited . But then a 3rd guy walks around, and the 3 go stand on the side and start talking laughing. Basically not doing anything. I had to yell out to ask them about my order. And he looked at me kept talking and slowly walked over to get my pizzas. Handed them to me walked back to talk . While there was another person trying to order. The pizzas were mostly sauce and almost no cheese. I didn't ask them to do it again because I didn't trust they wouldn't do...

This location is lacking in service. I come 25 mins from the time I placed my order my order was ready I was looking right at it and the there was a women in line before me they messed up her order and gave half my order to her to make her order right I come up and ask for my order and she proceeds to tell me no matter what the app says it's 40 to 45 minutes for 4 cheesy puffs when mine was already ready and she didn't want to admit that! So now I have to wait longer and be late back to work because of her mistake. I wouldn't recommend coming to this location. I used to come frequently, but I'll pass my business to another establishment and never come here again....

I have been working here for about 5 years as an assistant manager and it is now a very hostile work environment! Me and other workers are very uncomfortable being at work with the new manager Shante. We get disrespected and defamed for our work on a daily basis. The stress level is very high for us and workers have even quit their job due to false accusations and unfairness in the workplace. This store is a mess and the management needs to be fixed !
