I visited the restaurant yesterday with my family. We know about the previous ventures, so we know the food would be good. We ordered gola kabab, Chappli Kabab, bihari kabab, Chicken Tikka, Chicken Seekh Kabab, Mutton Karahi, Chicken Karahi, Bheja fry, haleem, Naan, and Paratha. Gola Kabab: It was very good, well marinated, and tasted like an actual Karachi-style BBQ. The spice level was excellent. Chapli Kabab was another great item on the menu. It was well marinated and well-cooked, and the spice level was excellent. Chicken Tikka: I think they can do better. The chicken tikka was reheated and was not fresh. It was very dry and not well marinated. Chicken Seekh Kabab was a little bit dry, but very well marinated. Mutton Karahi: This item on their menu was far beyond delicious. I was expecting just another Karahi, like Indian style, or maybe something their competitors have, but NOPE, this did not disappoint me. The meat was well done, with not too much oil, great seasoning, and a good quantity. Chicken Karahi: It was the same thing, just like Karachi style. It was very well seasoned, and the chicken melted in your mouth. It was fresh. Bheja Fry: I didn’t eat bheja, but my family members who had were amazed by the quantity and the perfect seasonings. Haleem was another item that went beyond my expectations. I have had haleem in many restaurants, but something like this was absolutely delicious. In addition, I think if there had been chaat masala, it would’ve been great. Paratha and Naan: These items were usual. I think Naan needs a little bit of work. It wasn’t what I was expecting.
Overall, this restaurant opened about a month ago. They have a long way to go. Taking criticism as an improvement would be a great start. I will absolutely recommend and return to...

Great spot to bring the family! Lots of parking and long tables to accommodate large families. Clean space with plates, napkins and settings/utensils available easily as well as to go boxes. This is a big convenience. Decor - Awesome mural of Karachi on the wall evokes memories of childhood. Other side has framed photos of various sites. Across from the main wall is the cooking area where you can see the culinary artists at work.
Food:
This is what we're here for! We got a variety of selection choices to taste the menu to cover a few areas of whats on offer here -
Dubai Smashburger - a pretty good spin on the traditional burger, with tastes of Pakistani cooking coming through clearly in the patties, but accentuated with American cheese and burger sauce. Patties were a little overdone, but not too much. Paratha was great! Well caramelized onions elevates the flavor profile.
Chicken tikka and beef seekh kabab - perfect quality, excellent taste and fair portions. Paired with Naan...and you got exactly what you want.
Naan - deserves its own section. Lots of ppl dont get this right. Either its too thin or it's burnt. These guys have well cooked puffy naan and good naan just takes desi food to the next level.
Biryani - authentic flavors of spices and plenty of rice and chicken and cooked-through potato. Places typically have either overdone rice or undercooked potatoes and this place was able to avoid both mistakes.
Masala fries - shoestring fries fried to perfection with masala sprinkled on top. What more do you need?
Things to improve:
Maybe serve dishes with plenty of red onion, cucumber and raita/yogurt on the side as most desi definitely want chuchumer or salad with their BBQ/tandoori.
Will definitely be coming back and bringing...

We just had the pleasure of visiting the soft opening of Karachi BBQ Tonight.
So, If you're craving the rich, smoky flavors of authentic Karachi BBQ, in Los Angeles is an absolute must-visit. As someone who knows the legendary taste of the original BBQ in Karachi, I can confidently say this restaurant brings the same unforgettable experience to the U.S. with incredible authenticity.
We have visited almost end of their hours so couldn't order some other items but we have ordered Gola Kabab, Chicken Tikka and Veal Pulao... Without a doubt, the Gola Kabab – soft, melt-in-your-mouth, and seasoned to perfection with that signature blend of Karachi spices. It’s a true explosion of flavor and a rare find in the States. Their Chicken Tikka is equally outstanding – tender, juicy, and grilled just right with that perfect char you only get from a traditional BBQ pit. Pulao was also very good but we would suggest that it should have come with Desi style Yougurt Raita and Salad.. because it was served with the same BBQ chatni.. And of course the Kadak chai was awesome 👌
The ambiance reflects the warmth of Pakistani hospitality, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. Whether you're a desi food lover or someone new to Pakistani cuisine, this place is a gem that delivers both comfort and culinary excitement.
