We are new to the area and frequent this store. One of the first times going they forgot my husbands meal. When we called the manager I believe his name is Kenny told us to come back any time and we would get the entire order remade and free of charge. Weeks went by and I was craving a bacon double from them so hubby went. The manager recognized my husband and made his workers make our burgers completely fresh for us and made sure it was done correctly. Food took to long to cook. The French fries were cold , burnt, not the way it use to be. So sad. We enjoyed the fries you used that what cooked not very long () different fries you used something. Never thought I’d be leaving a 5-star review for a fast food spot, but here we are, thanks to Simon at the KFC/A&W. This young lad was an absolute standout. Professional, kind, and running the place like a seasoned manager. Honestly, it felt like he was the manager. The level of independence, work ethic, and calm under pressure he showed was beyond impressive.
