I recently had a disappointing experience with KFC as they canceled my order multiple times. I had placed an order for delivery and was excited to indulge in some of their famous fried chicken (and tenders!), but to my dismay, I received a notification that my order had been canceled. This happened not once, but multiple times, and each time I had to go through the process of reordering. Each time the order was subsequently canceled.
This experience was frustrating and time-consuming, as I had to keep waiting for my order to arrive only to be disappointed by its cancellation. I understand that things can go wrong with orders, but to have it happen multiple times without any explanation or apology from KFC is unacceptable. The lack of customer support on their website and the fact that their phones are ringing out of service leaves much to be desired.
I was left feeling extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the service provided by KFC. As a customer, I expect reliability and consistency when I order food, and this experience fell short of my expectations. I hope that KFC can take steps to ensure that this does not happen to other customers in the future and hopefully improve their (currently lack of) customer service.
Overall, my experience with KFC canceling my order multiple times was frustrating and disappointing. I cannot recommend this restaurant based on my experience, and I hope that they will take steps to improve their service in the future, but I know that I will not be returning.
(Update: they have now refunded my order but gave zero explanation as to why it was canceled in the first place and why it took so long to...
Read moreAbsolutely disgusting. Haven't had that bad of service from anywhere in a very long time. The girl who took my order was extremely rude and made me feel like I was taking up her time. That was nothing compared to what I received for my meal after 15 minutes waiting with about 2 or 3 people that ordered ahead of me. I finally asked if my food was still coming out and she said, "of course it is coming out." Then, upon a closer look I was shocked; the floors in the back kitchen was horrifying... There was chicken scattered all over the floors as well as vegetables and bread, almost as if they were just throwing food around. I finally receive my food and I leave to go back to work. I open up the sandwich and find that it is completely smushed, (somebody took there palm and pressed down on the sandwich) cold, mayonnaise was smothered on the outside of the bun along with one pickle on top of the smothered mayonnaise. I ate a fry and that was also cold and not to mention half were raw and the other half were so hard I almost chipped my tooth biting into it. I then took my food back to the store to show them what kind of disgusting food they had served me and they were mostly quiet and called a shift supervisor over to get me a refund which they did. He then asked if I wanted a free food voucher for next time and I obviously declined. Do not ever eat here under any circumstances, unhealthy and unsanitary conditions, disgusting "food" and no sense of...
Read moreAfter shopping at Walgreens I thought it would be nice to treat myself to some KFC. I went to the register, and the cashier walked away, turned and said "I'll be right with you." I waited for four minutes, and she didn't return. I was about to leave when some other person finally took my order. Then, when I received my order I looked for a clean table. Wouldn't you know that there wasn't one clean table our counter? I found the cleanest dirtiest take that I could find and I started to eat. I noticed an employee emptying the trash and I thought, oh, maybe she will clean the tables. No, that didn't happen. I was there a total of about 30 minutes, and not one table got cleaned. It wasn't like they were busy. They got a customer here and there in the 30 minutes that I was there. When I was done eating, I headed to the bathroom, on my way there an employee came out of the cooking area looked at me and walked right through me. He acutely forced me into the wall. I wouldn't normally complain, but I'm disabled and walk with a cane. Then to make matters worse, I walk into the bathroom and an employee was picking his teeth with a finger, and walked out without wagging his hands. If the tables were kept unclean, and employees don't wash their hands when they are done in the bathroom, what does that say about the cooking area and the filth that must be back there. I won't be reading...
