Lorikeet Bar — Restaurant in Bellingham

Accidentally stumbled across this cute lil bar after Black Sheep. Apparently owned by the same team of people. I loved their drink Menu. They had something for EVERYONE. Tiki drinks, cocktails, daiquiris, beer, wine, sangria, zero proof and everything in between. What an incredible find!! Fun atmosphere, love the outdoor seating. Amazing service and just, wow….. the food and drinks we ordered, still drooling thinking about it. Pork belly tacos were the best we ever had. Layered beautifully with flavors and textures. Presentation to match. Drinks were on point too— Mr Coconuts, order it! Not too sweet, subtle and as coconut should taste. Perfect.

It’s been a while since I’ve been so impressed by food! Every dish was an explosion of different flavours. Had the Brazilian fish stew (very spicy), scallop trio, mushroom and black cod tacos. Couldn’t pick a favourite as everything was good. Fantastic decor that had me imagine that I was somewhere in Brazil. Friendly service. Great place.

Came back for Happy Hour - good drink special. Delicious...
