I am delighted to provide a glowing review of Camber Coffee, located in the beautiful city of Bellingham, Washington. Camber Coffee is an exceptional coffee shop that is truly committed to sustainability and reducing waste, making it a top destination for environmentally conscious coffee lovers.
One of the standout features of Camber Coffee is their dedication to sustainability. They serve their delicious pastries on plates and offer fabric napkins, which helps to significantly reduce the amount of waste generated by single-use plates and paper napkins.
We enjoyed our (very pretty) macchiato and latte during our visit, and both were absolutely fantastic. The espresso was rich and flavorful, and the milk was perfectly steamed and frothed. The baristas at Camber Coffee are clearly experts in their craft and take great care in preparing each beverage to perfection.
In addition to their exceptional coffee, Camber Coffee also offers a fantastic selection of baked goods. We had their espresso cappuccino muffin and their lemon poppy seed scone, both of which were absolutely delicious. The muffin had a perfect balance of sweetness and espresso flavor, while the scone was packed with lemony goodness.
Overall, our experience at Camber Coffee was exceptional, and I highly recommend this coffee shop to anyone in the Bellingham area. With their commitment to sustainability, exceptional coffee, delicious food, and convenient location, Camber Coffee is...
Read moreThe first time I went to Camber, it was late in the evening and was their closing time. They allowed us to sit and enjoy espresso as they cleaned up for the night. I really enjoyed that night. Tonight, I had the opposite experience. We were seated and then not even acknowledged after that. We waited for over 15 minutes when we decided to leave. Other parties had their orders taken and the waitress was walking around the other tables, asking if everything was alright and taking more orders. I then saw her behind the counter, chatting with her coworkers (barista and busser) while she waited for an order from the kitchen. As I sat there, I attempted to gain her attention to no avail. I am very disappointed in my experience this evening and I no longer intend to patronize this establishment. I also notice multiple low-star reviews referencing a similar experience. One would assume a business owner would adjust their practices but I suppose there are enough people out there willing to deal with this type of terrible service in order to support a business with a bourgeois atmosphere. Bellingham needs...
Read moreCame here for an unsweetened matcha latte and food. Was disappointed the kitchen was not open, cause the menu really sounds divine! I will definitely come back someday to sample the kitchen. Ended up getting a hojicha latte with oat milk. Drinks were a bit pricey but I think it is worth it. I like these kinds of artisan coffee places for special treats to myself once a season or so, which this was one of those occasions. I'm from Everett and this place reminds me of Narrative from down there, so I was very pleased and knew my drink was in good hands. I love a place that serves matcha and its cousins without sweeteners or other powders mixed into it. I really prefer the earthy, toasty bitter flavor of green tea on its own and the hojicha didn't disappoint. The staff were also friendly, informed, and were ready to recommend me to another nearby restaurant that was open and catered to my dietary restrictions. The ambience of the seating area was also nice - lots of natural light and spacious arrangements. Overall...
