Natalino's Pizza Bellingham — Restaurant in Bellingham

Ordered for a full veggie pizza which is $30. He took a cooked cheese pizza and warmed up. Took it out, kept some veggies and cheese on top and then warmed up for some more time, Said my pizza is ready. I was surprised. This place doesn't deserve a single star.

Reply to your reply: IT’S NOT ONE OF THE FAKE REVIEWERS HERE. Why didn’t you tell us before ordering the pizza that Santorini is not a freshly made pizza.( you took from the hot plate basically a cooked pizza like an hour ago from the warmer) it did not even mentioned in your menu.

Everywhere when a full pizza is ordered it is freshly prepared, not like warmed up from the hot plate. Why should i pay $30 for already made pizza like an hour ago. Then added toppings(feta and orange zest)

So you AGREED YOU GAVE ME ALREADY COOKED PIZZA. But not one hour old.

YOU OWN A PIZZA BUSINESS you should have probably know how a pizza looks when it is freshly made and after 30 mins and after 1 hour and after 2 hours. I think I don’t have to train you again.

The whole point is:

WHEN A CUSTOMER ORDERS A FULL PIZZA MAKE IT FRESH. Do not serve already cooked pizza which is kept on the hot plate for slice sale.

Being SARCASTIC about economic needs and making a fresh pizza doesn’t make any sense.

This is specific to the location in Bellis Fair. There was only one girl working, so she was taking the orders, preparing the food, getting the drinks and taking payment. During the entire process she wore the same pair of gloves…took peoples cash and coin in her gloved hands, then stuck those same gloved hand in the ice cooler to get ice for the drinks, then proceeded to make a pizza crumbling the cheese onto the pizza with the same gloved hands that touched the cash and coin. She did not change the gloves once, or remove them when handling cash. This was beyond disgusting and against everything a food safety course would cover. She should be able to figure out how unsanitary this was, but also shame on the establishment if she was not trained with proper food handling knowledge. I would never recommend that...

This is the best pizza in Bellingham and possibly the best on the west coast. I am a northeasterner but visit Bellingham often. The pizza in this town is frankly abysmal. When I saw this food court pizza place had 4.9 stars, I couldn’t believe it. Could it be true? Well it should be a perfect 5 stars. The owner is actually from Rome which explains a lot. The gentleman working that day explained their processes to us while he made the pizza. Please, do not take my word for it. You must try this pizza yourself. The crust is thin and perfectly crispy. The topping are fresh (freshly grated Parmesan and lemon zest). I cannot think of a better pizza that I have eaten in my life. Please do not let this place go out. They deserve a better location than...
