It would be hard to describe how this place can stay in business. What I have found, is you MUST order in person and make sure you watch them prepare it. If you order from the app, they will put ZERO meat on it. They figure you pick it up to go, there is no email to complain, and they barely speak English so no use in speaking to them about the issue. I ordered the Philly Steak and Cheese 5/28/25 from the app as I was given a deal for $6.99 for a foot long. Added lettuce, tomatoes, peppers and pickles. Got it, and basically no meat. Not even 1 layer of meat. Just a few tiny bits spread around. This is the 2nd time I ordered from the app and same result. Tried calling and they either don't, or act like they don't speak English. We ordered 2 foot long sandwiches and they came flat with like the tiniest amount of meat on both. I asked for a pretzel and the lady was rude and told us they only have cookies and nothing else. Also used the bathroom and they had no soap, no toilet paper, no paper towels, and the soap dispenser was hanging off the wall and fell off when I tried to use it. Then they had no napkins and the lady disappeared in the back after she rung us up and never came back out even after I called for help twice to get some napkins. Had many many terrible experiences here and my coworkers won’t even go as it is such bad customer service. They got annoyed when I asked for more soup, since mine wasn’t even half a cup full!!
