Okay so I ordered 2 sandos online using a Promo buy a 12 get a 6 for free. I appreciate that this store was probably the only one to honor the nation wide promo in this area. I order a steak and chicken sandwich half an hour before I got there hoping to be have a nice meal to take to the lake with my dog and girlfriend. When I got there there were a few people ahead of me and when the lone employee wasn't busy I asked if my in order was ready so I could skip ahead to check out. She told me that I could get a refund because they didn't have any chicken or steak or bacon.... I said take care of the customer ahead of me so I could figure out another option to eat something from the menu around the same price... When it was my turn I asked if I could do multiple other options but she said no no no even though they were all cheaper than my original order. I ordered through the app, the store was closed during normal business hours, and they absolutely refused to give me a refund or make me a replacement. Today, I went in and order a sub and the employee (who I think owns the place) hadn't asked if I wanted my sandwich toasted and toasted it anyways. Once I had realized I went back to ask if there was any way she would remake it, and was planning to give a tip for the inconvenience. Once she realized I wanted it remade, she became incredibly rude and then went on to tell me that it wasn't her fault.
