Subway — Restaurant in Bellingham

Okay so I ordered 2 sandos online using a Promo buy a 12 get a 6 for free. I appreciate that this store was probably the only one to honor the nation wide promo in this area. I order a steak and chicken sandwich half an hour before I got there hoping to be have a nice meal to take to the lake with my dog and girlfriend. When I got there there were a few people ahead of me and when the lone employee wasn't busy I asked if my in order was ready so I could skip ahead to check out. She told me that I could get a refund because they didn't have any chicken or steak or bacon.... I said take care of the customer ahead of me so I could figure out another option to eat something from the menu around the same price... When it was my turn I asked if I could do multiple other options but she said no no no even though they were all cheaper than my original order. Needless to say I got alot less than I bargained/paid for and she even slid my sandwichs across the counter on...

This is the absolute worst subway under its new management. I ordered through the app, the store was closed during normal business hours, and they absolutely refused to give me a refund or make me a replacement. In addition to leaving my information for the manger and never being called back, and the employees fairly enough don’t want to give me her number 🤷‍♂️. What a joke I literally used to shop here twice a week. Management is a joke, and the subs are literally never made correctly because only two employees know what they are doing at the time due to the high turnover rate. When I've gone here before, I usually get pretty good service. Today, I went in and order a sub and the employee (who I think owns the place) hadn't asked if I wanted my sandwich toasted and toasted it anyways. Once I had realized I went back to ask if there was any way she would remake it, and was planning to give a tip for the inconvenience. Once she realized I wanted it remade, she became incredibly rude and then went on to tell me that it wasn't her fault. I can understand to some extent the frustration but, I was completely taken aback by the way I was treated. I probably won't come here again due to such bad...
