Imagine a pizza crust that's so perfect you dream about it for weeks after the first bite. Ingredients so fresh that you start salivating thinking about the next time the food truck is open. Tamtam pretty much has accomplished that, and also due to the fact that this dining experience includes the nicest chef you might ever meet. As he explains the sourcing of his culinary genius, Tam will delight you with a suggested paring of any number of local brews or ciders. This pizza is absolutely incredible and anyone living in or visiting Bellingham should try it. Tonight we had the chanterelle, with bounty harvested by a friendly mycologist named Bernie (according to Tam) and the tomato stracciatella was sold by his description of the "first mozzarella" cheese that is derived from a process that makes the final product soft, delectable, fragrant. Absolutely love Tamtam pizza and will be coming back...
Read moreIf I could rate 10 stars I would! It was our first time trying Tam’s pizza at the Fairhaven location. We originally went to Lost Giants Cider location and they redirected us to the Fairhaven bus (this location wasn’t showing up on google maps, so if you try lost giants and the food truck isnt there, go to Fairhaven across the street from Crooked Spoon. Tam threw in a couple sparkling waters on the house after hearing how committed we were to trying his highly recommended za. We got the artichoke and stracciatella. Both were mind blowing — we couldn’t pick a favorite between the two. The crust is perfection: delicious on its own without dipping (i tend to prefer ranch but not in this case!). After boxing up our leftovers to head out, Tam came by and gave us a “mess up” cheese pizza for us to take home 🥹 The hospitality, warmth, genuine kindness and attention to detail will sit with us for many...
Read moreThis may be the best pizza in town! The dough is consistently light with an excellent chew and flavor. Topping combos are interesting or classic, the potato guanciale last night was sooo good with olive oil poached yukons. My only critique is that I like this style pizza with a little harder cook to it, im not afraid of a little color on the bubbles or the bottom. a no frills atmosphere and there are great places to go eat a take out pizza in fairhaven also, including close by bars that you can bring your own food in to. The staff seems like they are still figuring some things out to be the smoothest and fastest service, but everyone is friendly especially the young guy with the moustache, all the good qualities of a gen Z youth and a real go getter. Give them your business, the pizza is oh so good and...
