I ordered a pizza but didn't look at it or the box until I brought it inside. The pizza toppings were all on one side and there was a dent on the corner of the box. The pizza had obviously been dropped. I called them and let the manager know, who said he would make me a new one. However, he called me back approx. 5 minutes later stating that his driver came in and immediately said he was going to get a call about the pizza because my son lifted it straight up in the air. This was not the case as I told him. He then proceeded to actually YELL at me on the phone saying "well we're not remaking your pizza because my driver said it was your son's fault." I then asked for my refund which he told me I had to pick up in person (I do not live in the same town.) I went, bringing the messed up pizza with me. When I get there, he said he tried to call me back (he did not, I had my phone with me the whole time) because I paid with my card and he already refunded me. We ordered $32 worth of delivery + tip last night & I honestly wouldn’t of taken it if it were free. It’s a shame because we often frequent this place, but last night was definitely the last time. The sausage sandwich was the first one I’ve ever had that did not have sauce on it and the sausages were like little bricks they were rocksolid definitely overcooked to the max. The cheesesteak barely had any meat and there was a combination of four pieces of chicken between the chicken and rice soup & the buffalo chicken slice which were both very small as well. A call was placed to them, but they were closed already and they should really empty their voicemail as I couldn’t leave a message because of this. I was told if I called yesterday I would have gotten a full refund, but because I was sick in bed all day and fell asleep after eating two bites of the worlds worst sausage sandwich it was too late. Read moreAbsolutely unacceptable experience. I placed an order, paid in full - and never received the food. The courier gave my pizza to a random person without checking the name or verifying the receiver.
We went to the restaurant to resolve the issue, and were met with open hostility. The staff were dismissive, rude, and refused to listen. Instead of trying to help, they blamed us, and made it clear they didn’t care. We are just young women who don’t speak English well, and they clearly took advantage of that. Their attitude was arrogant and disrespectful - clearly exploiting the fact that we struggled with English.
This isn’t just bad service - it’s gross negligence and complete disrespect toward paying customers. No apology. No refund. No accountability.
We have already contacted our bank for a chargeback due to service not being rendered, and we will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
Do not order from this place. If your food disappears, they will insult you instead...
