Nathan's Famous — Restaurant in Belmont

As we saw the place across the food court, 4 adults were walking away with their food. We get to the counter and she says they’re closed, that they close at 6:20. It’s now 6:15. And they’re actually supposed to be open til 9, based on their hours of operation. I ask about that and she says they’re understaffed. But it’s a Wednesday night and the outlet is pretty much empty. They have no line. The 4 people I mentioned are 4 of 8 people in there eating. She should have just been honest and just said they want to go home early. Tried a bacon triple burger- crinkle fries - chili cheese fries - crispy chicken sandwich - sweet tea -dream sickle shake . ever thing was awesome . If your looking for fast cheap made food this is not it. Our wait was about 20 minutes but it was worth the wait. If I want a good meal that I'm gonna take home and take my time and enjoy , this will be one of my places. But if I'm looking for fast food...

If I could give zero stars I would. Had to wait for person who waited on me to get off her phone. Hot dog was cold. The amount of money they charge for fries and you get maybe 10.
