*Ive added a picture of my Burger King cup filled of beefy throw up to prove this is not made up* I came into this Burger King around 730pm tonight (12/27/19) after NOT eating all day and ordered an Impossible Whopper. When I got to the window the cashier was speaking about how “people are really starting to catch on to this thing” that comment immediately turned me off because she said it as if it was a trend like she didn’t understand the importance of a vegetarian meat option. Some people actually are vegetarians and do not eat meat! It’s not a trend to us we don’t eat meat and can’t even eat it if we wanted to because our bodies will reject it and we become instantly sick! Anyway, I decided to still pay for my food and pull up to the next window. They initially told me it would be a wait..... but! 30 seconds later came back to the window with the food. Red flag number two!! but I wanted to trust in them because I have ordered from this store several times. I ate the food at 730pm and I was profusely throwing up by 9pm. I filled an entire small cup and over flowed it to my lap. I immediately knew it was from the burger they gave me. I believe that because I hadn’t ate a morsel of anything else all day so it couldn’t have been another food, also because the statement that was made by the cashier, the long drive thru line behind me, and the wait for an Impossible burger that magically disappeared. I believe the employees made the decision to just give me a beef burger so I wouldn’t hold up the line, since in their opinion it’s a trend anyway. After throwing up I call Burger King and explained to the manager the chain of events and what I thought happened and he didn’t seem to care at all and tried to tell me he can’t be sure that it was their burger and I wouldn’t get sick so fast. I explained to him that it’s not food poisoning that I’m referring to I’m referring to my body rejecting the food and making me sick because I haven’t ate it in years. He was completely ignorant to that sort of thing. People throw up all the time when food doesn’t agree with them and quickly. Burger King! If you are going to sell veggie burgers then you need to make sure your employees know the importance of a veggie burger for non meat eaters! They also need to be educated on the side effects meat could cause a non meat eater if they consume it. Whopper burger and Impossible burger ARE NOT interchangeable! Educate your employees! He did offer a replacement meal but no freaking thanks. I will not be going back. I should not have made the mistake of trusting my health to a fast food joint who more than likely wasn’t properly trained. Lesson learned.

Went to this location today, 1/11/20, to use my peel coupon winners before they expired but they refused to accept them. They kept telling me they were expired when anyone that can read can clearly see they are not. Three people told me they were expired, one I even believe was the manager on duty. At that point I was so frustrated I didn't even want the food anymore, I just wanted to show them so it was clear I can read. When I pulled to the window they refused to open it for me to show them. I have to admit, this really torqued me. Working in retail, this type of customer service is not ok and I will never return to that location. I was in disbelief. So ridiculous!!! Zero stars for me.

This place has been mediocre for the first few years I've lived in Belton (2016-2020). It got alright during covid, depending on the time you went and who staffed it. I moved out for the last year (2023) and just recently came back into the area. Now, with moving, I've been eating out a lot. This location has been on the bussin list for the past month. No errors, no grossness, super friendly staff, and literally commercial grade, beautiful, amazing tasting burgers and fries. A few regular things we get now are Royal cheese spicy chicken Whopper meals Chicken fires The new wrap!

I'd like to tell you a story. On the Saturday, of last, my crew and I were overcome with hunger pains. Stomachs gurgled, attitudes smashed, and inhibitions on a decent dining establishment were becoming few and far between. Alas, over the horizon, an all too familiar beacon of hope and understanding loomed within view. My navigator quickly suggested that we alter course and head straight toward the sirens call that read out, "BURGER KING". Perhaps, a succulent morsel acquired here shall meet the demands of a ravaged, albeit well-dressed garrison. As unembarkment became priority, I found myself racing through the front passageway, the smaller ones were close behind. Stepping up to the front counter, I was immediately greeted by a lumbering giant of a man. He introduced himself and offered to take our order. Commander Holly was precise in his offering of bovine flesh (with cheese of course) and sliced potato cutlets. We agreed on fair compensation for this transaction, to which marked the cue for his fleet of chefs and financial engineers to prepare a feast, the likes which had only been procured a fortnight hence, when we last visited this establishment. Much to our delight, the food was divine, the ambiance was superb, and the drink bubbly. I was aghast at the notion of leaving this place so soon, but alas, the children were fed, and the wife was getting irritated that I was reveling in my "food coma". When I confronted Commander Holly to express my gratitude for the service rendered to us on this fine day, he jovially shouted, "Belay that gratitude, my friend! For it is I that am grateful, to you, for choosing this dining hall to help you release famines grip on your heart, and your body! Be Well!" And with that, Commander Holly, the crew, and even the entire building had vanished into thin air. Was this all illusion? Were our appetites firmly sated? Was this man the actual Burger King, helping wayward travelers from dining on the carcasses of their mates to keep going? No one knows. His name, his crew and his commanding officers will go henceforth with glory and honor. Wherever...

I visited the Belton Burger King earlier this evening (6/15). After placing my order, I sat down and noticed that the restaurant was very warm. I asked the front counter why it was so hot and was told that the air conditioner was out. I suggested that it was very uncomfortable for customers that chose to eat in the lobby and that a sign on the door warning of the lack of AC would be nice. The response from the young lady at the register was that they were in it all day. I replied that they were being paid to be there but I was a customer – there was a big difference.

Others chimed in that part of the AC was fixed and they were trying to get the rest fixed. Somebody said they were on “a list”. I was told that the owner and general manager knew of the situation. I suggested some fans would make things more comfortable. Their response was the owner refused to provide fans.

I later spoke to a guy that identified himself as the associate manager. He had a pony tail and tattoos with no name tag visible. He also never offered his name. When I again mentioned getting a sign on the door for customers, he said he had not been told to put up a sign. When questioned again, he said he was not authorized to make a decision about a sign. The guy displayed an extreme “I don’t care attitude”.

I asked who the manager was and he said he could not tell me. When asked who the owner was, he stated that he did not know. He said that only the manager was able to contact the owner. I was finally told that the manager should be at the store in the morning. When I told him that I was going to publicize this issue through social media and escalate to corporate, he again did not seem to care.

If the customer part of the store is hot, I wonder how much hotter the area where the employees work is. I am in the process tonight of getting in touch with some of my OSHA friends to see if this can be ...
